From Hanada Plus Monthly Magazine.
It is a must-read not only for the Japanese people but for people worldwide because it is a reality common not only to Japan but to all developed countries in the West that the red network is encroaching on the core of the regime.
The Red Network has succeeded in dividing the liberal camp, as evidenced by the LGBT bill.
The red network eroding the Kishida administration in Japan and the reality dividing the liberal camp are the same in both cases.

The Red Network and North Korea's Family Laws Crushing "Joint Custody"|Yoshiko Ikeda
Why does the "Red Network," close to the Japanese Communist Party and the Social Democratic Party, oppose joint custody after divorce?
Their real purpose is to "firmly prevent men's continued domination of women and children after divorce."

Many Dangerous Molecules Have Infiltrated the Government

In the March/April 2023 issue of the monthly magazine "Hanada," we explained that the Japanese government and ruling party had been infiltrated by dangerous elements (red network) with the support of the Japanese Communist Party, the Social Democratic Party, and others as council members and others.

What exactly are they doing?
One person of note is Tamie Kaino, a professor emeritus at Ochanomizu University.

Kaino is a fellow supporter of Councilor Mizuho Fukushima, with whom he has been working together.
Kaino's ideology can be clearly seen in the statement of the board of directors of the "Association of Democratic Scientists, Law Division," where she serves on the board with her husband, Professor Michinobu Kaino of Waseda University, who was also the president of the board.

For example, the 2017 statement reads, "We are firmly opposed to the bill for the 'crime of preparation for terrorism' = 'conspiracy crime,'" "We are opposed to the 'military-academic collaboration (military research)' of the Science Council of Japan," "We strongly protest the construction of the new Henoko base, which is going ahead illegally and against the will of the people of Okinawa," "We firmly protest the voting on the security-related bill," etc. The message is, "The Okinawa Prefectural people strongly protest the construction of the new base at Henoko, which is going on illegally and against the people's will.

Kaino has been appointed as a government member of the "Expert Committee on Basic Policies for Supporting Women with Difficulties," organized by the Child and Family Affairs Bureau of the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare; the Family Law Subcommittee of the Legislative Council, whose secretariat is the Civil Affairs Bureau of the Ministry of Justice; the Expert Panel on Violence Against Women under the jurisdiction of the Gender Equality Bureau of the Cabinet Office "WG to review the Law for the Prevention of Spousal Violence," etc.

In addition to the commanding officer, there are many other dangerous elements within the government.
For example, the Cabinet Secretariat's "Public-Private Partnership Platform for Solitary and Isolation Measures" is staffed by members of the Red Network, including Chieko Akaishi (President of NPO "Shingurumaazhu Forum") and Hiroki Komazaki (Chairman of NPO "Florence"), who are featured in my book, "The Dark Side of the Child Abduction Business. The members of the Red Network are also participating in the government's deliberations.

What are the intentions of the policies proposed by the members of the Red Network at government councils and other meetings?
The key to knowing this lies in North Korea. (The relationship between the Red Network and North Korea is described in detail in "The Dark Side of the Red Network: Nishiwaseda" with Yumeno Nito's mentor. (The relationship between the Red Network and North Korea is described in detail in "The Dark Side of the Red Network: Nito Yumeno's Master and "Nishi-Waseda.)
Their hidden agenda can be understood by reading "The Family Law of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

Since its early days, the Republic (North Korea) has consistently paid attention to the realization of equal rights for men and women because it believed that to eliminate the system of private ownership of the means of production, it was first necessary to stop the idea of male chauvinism."

The Republic has permanently attached great importance to the protection of children because it sought to free them from the arbitrary control of their parents and to ensure the sound upbringing of future generations.

In a family based on private property, marriage itself is already bound by material considerations, and property inheritance has primary significance in the relationship between parents and children. With the further expansion of the achievements of socialist construction, the economic and property aspects of the family are significantly reduced.

The family in our country (North Korea) is a cell of the people's democratic society. It carries out the functions of succession of generations, socialist and patriotic education of family members, especially girls, and mutual support among the members. The Constitution of the Republic proclaims that 'the state protects marriage and family. The family law of the Republic reflects the fundamental principles of the new family and regulates all areas of marriage-family relations.

The Real Reason to Oppose Joint Custody System

This North Korean family law is the bible of the Red Network.
For example, they oppose joint custody after divorce because it "firmly prevents the continued domination of women and children by men after divorce.

However, they know that the ruling party will not take them seriously.
So, as rhetoric, they are saying, "Save the victims of domestic violence.

In 2021, the JCP's Gender Equality Committee made the following observation.

"If 'joint custody after divorce' is introduced under the widespread perception that 'parents have the right to do as they wish with their children,' etc., DV perpetrators will find it easier to continue their control over their former spouses and children after divorce on the grounds of 'joint custody' and risk causing serious violations of children's rights."

A bill to amend the Law for the Prevention of Domestic Violence (Law for the Prevention of Spousal Violence and the Protection of Victims) to include psychological DV in the definition of domestic violence was submitted to the current Diet session.
With this amendment, "women and children will finally be free from male domination (i.e., psychological DV).

Couples can always carry IC recorders in their pockets and sue for psychological DV in court if their spouses record advantageous statements.
If our country transforms into such a horrifying snitching society like North Korea, Japan's family system will be dismantled.

A bill to amend the Penal Code to introduce "non-consensual sexual intercourse," which would punish the perpetrator even when the victim has difficulty expressing her "intention not to consent," is also scheduled to be submitted to the Diet. The former proposal involves Kaino and others, while the latter involves Chizuko Ueno, a Marxist feminist professor emeritus at the University of Tokyo who rejects the institution of marriage, and others.

*The "crime of non-consensual sexual intercourse" was recently enacted. I had forgotten about this important article by Ms. Ikeda.
It is a horrifying story.
This article by Ms. Yoshiko Ikeda must be read carefully and repeatedly by all Japanese citizens. I have often mentioned the words of the late Tadao Umesao, "Repetition is originality."
I want to repeat this critical article by Ms. Yoshiko Ikeda and help make it known to all Japanese citizens in this column.*

In the Family Law Subcommittee of the Legislative Council of the Ministry of Justice, the arguments of the committee members, including Kaino and Akaishi, are reflected in the interim draft.
A proposal was included to introduce a system to compel child support payment by defining that parents who are deprived of custody and cannot see their children after divorce have an obligation to support their children.

This proposal is the same as Article 20 of the "Detailed Regulations for Enforcement of the Laws and Regulations on Equal Rights for Men and Women in the DPRK" enacted in 1949 ("In the event of divorce of a married couple, one who is raising their children may demand child support from the other").
The Interim Draft also includes many punitive measures for nonpayment of child support, similar to North Korea's Family Law, which imposes criminal penalties on parents who do not pay child support after divorce.
This article continues.
