昨夜、NHKの19時のニュースで井上あさひが冒頭から大ニュース扱いでトランプ大統領が絶体絶命の窮地に立たされているかのように報道したニュースソースは彼らが大好きなニューヨークタイムズの記事だったのだが。

しからばニューヨークタイムズとは、どんな新聞なのか？

以下は戦後の世界で唯一無二のジャーナリストである高山正之の近作で日本国民全員…特に朝日新聞を購読しNHKを視聴しているだけの国民は全員必読の書である。

米国でトヨタのブレーキ問題が起きた時、たまたま、米国中西部のおばさんが証言していた映像を見た私は、これがインチキ話である事を即座に理解した。何故なら当時の私はドライバーでもあったからである。

彼の発言を機に米国内でレクサスやプリウスがやたら暴走を始めた。　どこかのおばさんのレクサスはアクセルを踏まないのに、時速160キロに跳ね上がって死ぬ思いをしたとか。　

カリフォルニアでは暴走プリウスを急報で駆け付けたパトカーが並走し、「落ち着いて。さあギアをニュートラルに」と実況生中継もあった。

南イリノイ大のデービッド・ギルバート准教授はプリウスが暴走する様を分析、勝手に跳ね上がるタコメーターの映像をＡＢＣ放送で流した。

かくてトヨタ車の売れ行きは落ち込み、米議会は豊田章男社長を呼びつけ、米市民が50人も死んだ、さあどうしてくれると脅し上げた。　トヨタ車は国家道路交通安全局に持ち込まれ、徹底的に調べられた。　どんな車だって少しは異常がある。

もしくは因縁がつけられる。

80年代、米国でバカ売れしていたドイツ車アウディがこの精密検査で不具合を見つけられ、販売台数は一挙に85％減。

事実上、米市場から追い出されてしまった。　

その穴をＧＭやフォードが埋めて立ち直る。

いつも通りのシナリオだった。　

しかし彼らにとって残念なことにトヨタにこれっぽっちの瑕疵も見つからなかった。

米政府はＮＡＳＡに持ち込み、さらに１年かけて調べたが、無駄だった。　

一方、暴走レクサスはおばさんがフロアマットを２枚も余計に重ねる馬鹿をやっていたことが分かった。　

暴走の実況生中継をさせた男もトヨタからカネを強請るつもりで、故意に暴走させていたことが露見した。

米市民はそろってとぼけ通す気なのかと思っていたら、先日、トヨタがこの件で12億ドルを米連邦検察庁に払うことで和解したと新聞にあった。

日本人は驚く。

韓国車やアメ車じゃあるまいし、潤滑油固化なんてトヨタにそんな初歩的ミスがなかったことはＮＡＳＡが調べてとっくに証明されている。　

問題は「フロアマット」だ。

これは二昔前、ジョージア州であったカローラの追突事故訴訟が発端だ。

前方不注意が原因なのに運転者は「アクセルが戻らなかった」とトヨタを訴えた。

事故車の科学的な検証でアクセルが正常だと分かると、原告はブレーキ故障だったといい直した。

トヨタがそれも科学的に否定すると、彼は「フロアマットが折れ込んでアクセルが戻らなかった」と絡んできた。　

トヨタもそんな嘘まで科学的に反論できなかった。

米連邦地裁はそれを見て嬉しそうにトヨタに200万ドルの賠償を命じた。

以来、米国での日本車への因縁は「フロアマット」に決まった。

タッカーはむしろ米国だけで起きるフロアマットの折れ込みを気候や風土、米国人の民度から解説すべきだった。

もっといえば、こんな国とＴＰＰを結んで公正に話ができると信じている日本人の甘さを指摘してほしかった。

この事について、私は…自分の人生が、私の故郷の隣町出身の東大教授の女性の様な順風満帆の人生ではなかった事を、初めて後悔した。

何故なら、母校の恩師の厳命通りに、私が京大を両肩に背負って立つ人間となっていたならば、私も、彼女と同様に…ただし、私のアイデアは、彼女の元の街の遥か上方に新しい街を造る、（これは速やかに為され、とうに町が再建されている）、ではなくて、一分一秒も早く、元の通りの街並みを再建する。

何故なら、自然災害…もし究極的な大災害があったとしたら、原発以外の建物は、皆失われるだろうし、

日本も世界も消滅することだってあるだろう。

歴然たる事実として、東北大震災級の災害は過去にもあったが、その度に人間は元の姿を再建して来たのである。

ところが、3.11は上記のような菅直人内閣の時だったから、何一つ、まともな事は為されず…できた事と言えば、水素爆発、宮城県知事が大臣を待たせたとか、やくざ並みの事を言って当該大臣が恫喝する、原発の全面即時停止でたった3年間で15兆円もの国費を流失させたり、

今なお、復興予算として投下され続けている、無策の極みの結果、私の故郷も含めた被災地は、一向に再建されない。

何十兆円という巨額の復興予算の遥に少額で、全ての被災地は、元通りに、あっという間に再建されたのである。

コンクリートから人へ、などという、いかにも朝日などが言いそうな、似非モラリズムの極みの哲学で、自然に対するに馬鹿な事の極みを為したのである。

100年に一度の災害のために堤防をつくる必要があるんですか、と、あの、これ以上ない最低人間の一人である蓮舫は言ったわけだが、

東北大震災が起きた途端に、今度は、1,000年に一度の災害に備えるなどという馬鹿の極みを始めた。

天災は防げない。

津波は起きたら逃げる…これしかない…くみ取るべき教訓は、如何に速やかに、逃げる段取りを厳密に作っておくかだけである。

冒頭の話だが、3.11の前に、孫正義は極秘で再生エネ発電会社を買収していた。当時、彼が会社経営の新たな柱に考えた発電会社の利益は、菅直人に原発を即時全面停止させ、これからは太陽光発電だと煽って国に買わせてぼろ儲けし、その結果として高騰した日本の電気代を使って、自社の競争力を落とすことは避けるために、彼の会社で、最も電気を使用する、データセンターは、中国と並んで新規原発を推進する国であるだけではなく、サムスンには特例を設けて、優先配給、安い電気料金、

つまり国として恣意的な電気料金設定を行っている国で、原発だから安い電気代を求めて、韓国にデータセンターを移した。

こんなワルが一体どこにいるだろうか。CM料に誑かされて、この事に対して、一切、声を上げないメディアとは一体何なのか、

そう慨嘆と怒りの声を伝えて来たのである。

私は…そもそも、原発技術について、日本の原発は悪い、お国（韓国）の原発は良い、などと、当時、ソウルで彼が開催した国際グリーン会議（これも用意周到な相当に悪辣な会議である）で、時に李明博大統領に話した、…日本よりも韓国の原発技術が上だなどと発言する人間は世界中に彼しかいないだろう。当の韓国人ですら、そんな事は恥ずかく過ぎて、本気で言う人間は、1人も言えないだろう、・・・と、答えたのである。

いつもの倍の明細を前に、賦課金の高さに改めて目を丸くした。

賦課金は、再エネの固定価格買い取り制度導入に伴い2012年から徴収されている。

電力会社が、太陽光や風力などの発電事業者から政府が定めた固定価格で電力を買い取り、その費用を消費者に転嫁する仕組みだ。　

一般家庭の請求に上乗せされる賦課金は、現在は電力消費1キロワット時あたり2.9円。
