It was a hot weekend last week. I spent my whole Sunday at home, cooked food, and forgot about diet or the calories I would take since it was a cheat day for me.
Monday was a busy day for me. I went to the Driving Center and changed my driver`s license. It took me around 3 hours inside the center because I needed to attend some seminars to refresh the do`s and don`ts of driving. Sometimes you need to learn again the rules of safe driving.
After doing all the things I need to do in the driving licensing center. I went to Higashi Matsushima to relax, unwind, and feel the breeze of the ocean. I didn`t bring some swimming clothes because I don`t have any plans to play or swim on the beach. I just sat down on the bench, drank cold drinks, and relaxed.
Going to the beach by yourself can be both a peaceful and fun experience. It’s totally safe to do, as long as you consider some precautionary measures. Make sure that you’ve brought adequate sun protection with you like sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses.
