This is really All Hallows Eve. Tomorrow is a 
holy day for the Catholic religion. November first is called All Saints Day by the Catholics.
So tonight is the last night for all the evil spirits to do their evil deeds. Because tomorrow is such a holy day that there is no evil on the planet.
