コソボ独立か？

国連でコソボの独立に関して投票が行われました。
Thursday April 5th Kosovo's parliament voted 100-1 in favor of the
United Nations planned international supervised independence. The
plan will be set before the UN Security Council for approval. UN
Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon says the plan is "fair and sustainable
solution to Kosovo's future status."

N8S - SWAINS ISLAND - The guys continued to do a great job
from this newest DXCC Entity. I spoke to YZ7AA
yesterday on 20 meters who said the first batch of logs
were sent to Germany (presumably via the satellite
phone) and they will continue to do so once a day
around their evening time. In checking the N8S Web
site it seems the logs have not been uploaded to the
site. Over the last 24 hours or so the boys have been
