Thursday April 5th Kosovo's parliament voted 100-1 in favor of the
United Nations planned international supervised independence. The
plan will be set before the UN Security Council for approval. UN
Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon says the plan is "fair and sustainable
solution to Kosovo's future status."
