The following is from a book published a few days ago, a dialogue between Mr. Seki Hei and Mr. Hideki Kakeya. October 17, 2021
The emphasis in the text is mine, except for the headline.
Introduction 《Seki Hei
As part of Kaya Shobo's project, I had several conversations with Mr. Hideki Kakeya, Associate Professor of Systems Information Systems at Tsukuba University.
I have had the opportunity to talk with many people in various fields, such as writers, journalists, economists, and historians, but this was the first time I spoke with a natural science scholar.
It was a very fresh and valuable speech experience.
Dr. Kakeya studied biochemistry at the University of Tokyo's Faculty of Science, counting engineering at the University of Tokyo's Graduate School of Engineering, and advanced interdisciplinary studies at the University of Tokyo's Graduate School of Engineering, where he received his doctorate.
From this academic background, he is a talented person among talented people.
Still, he is engaged in interdisciplinary research such as 3D image engineering and natural language processing as an information engineer while teaching at the University of Tsukuba.
He is one of the most up-and-coming scientists at the forefront of the times.
Mr. Kakeya's academic interests and activities continue beyond the natural sciences.
He has published several books, including "Japan's "liberal" -a force that claims freedom and threatens freedom," "What is Academia: The Ethics of Experts, Media, and Science and Technology," and " "How to Protect Freedom from the Communist Forces, the Enemy of Humanity," and has boldly crossed over into other fields such as social science and ideology to raise many important issues.
Conversing with such a knowledgeable and versatile researcher was a valuable experience in my speech life and an opportunity to learn a lot from an intellectual from a completely different field.
As a critic, I sometimes jump to conclusions and sometimes become emotional.
Still, Mr. Kakeya remained calm and collected throughout the discussion with me and was committed to rigorous logical thinking.
At times, he spoke passionately about what he wanted to say with extraordinary passion.
We discussed a wide range of issues, from the confrontation between the U.S. and China to Japan-China relations, the Taiwan issue, and the struggle between the free world and autocratic regimes.
Among them, I learned a lot from the discussion on the origin of the new coronavirus.
Mr. Kakeya, who studied biochemistry in the Faculty of Science at the University of Tokyo, is a master of this topic.
Moreover, Mr. Kakeya has taken a great interest in this issue.
He has read many of the world's most advanced research publications on the origin of coronaviruses in their original English texts.
In our conversation, Dr. Kakeya made full use of his expertise and a vast amount of information to pursue the origin of coronas in-depth, cutting to the core of the problem in a very easy-to-understand and logical manner.
He reached a persuasive conclusion: "The origin of the Wuhan Institute of Disease and Venereal Disease is 99% certain."
I'll save the specifics for your reading pleasure, but Dr. Kakeya's logical and academic analysis of the origin of coronaviruses is critical.
By clarifying the responsibility of the Chinese Communist Party administration, which spread the coronavirus around the world and killed more than 4 million people, the terrifying nature and danger of this evil party, which celebrated its 100th anniversary this year, is further enhanced. It is because it was possible to make it more clearly highlighted.
Protecting the security and peace of the free world from the threat of this evil party is a problem that we all share.
Our two interlocutors thoroughly discussed this significant issue of the century and made various constructive proposals.
The result is our first book on the subject, which is now in your hands.
We are convinced that this book will help deepen your understanding of the origin of the new coronavirus and the various problems associated with "China" and the international environment surrounding China.
The dialogue between myself, from the humanities, and Mr. Kakeya, from the sciences, will give readers a great deal of freshness as people with different thought patterns reach a common understanding through discussion.
At the same time, it will present a novel style of dialogue, which will be helpful to everyone.
Finally, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Kaya Shobo for organizing this dialogue and to Mr. Hideki Kakeya for agreeing to talk with me.
I also want to express my gratitude to all the readers who have picked up this book and bowed to me.
