Countries with veto power in the UN Security Council dominate "diplomacy," countries with nuclear weapons dominate "military," countries with resources dominate "economy." The harsh reality is that the world is facing a new reality.
Russia and China, which have everything, are Japan's neighbors who have none of the above.
UN reform is vital.
