Try Xi Jinping for "Uyghur Genocide" in International Court

The following is from a series of columns by Masayuki Takayama in Themis, a monthly magazine specializing in subscriptions, which I received on Feb. 28.
This article also proves that he is the one and only journalist in the postwar world.
It is a must-read for Japanese people and people worldwide.
Try Xi Jinping for "Uyghur Genocide" in International Court
Prime Minister Kishida must not allow China to continue its sovereignty violation and brutal barbarism.
Brutal Religious Conflict in Bosnia
Josip Tito was a strong man who ran Yugoslavia for 30 years after the War.
Even though it is a communist nation in Eastern Europe, it was not won over by the Soviet Union just because it did not flirt with the United States.
He could get the U.S. to provide security guarantees on better terms than Japan and even supply weapons through his bargaining.
But governing was difficult.
In the north of the federation, Tito's home country was the catholic Republic of Croatia. Across Muslim Bosnia, it faced Serbia's powerful Eastern Orthodox Church nation.
Japanese who are not familiar with religion don't know this. Still, for Catholics and Protestants, the Eastern Orthodox Church is more unforgivable than Islam, and in fact, Serbia and Croatia have been killing each other for a long time.
The Croatian Tito was also happy to abuse and weaken Serbia.
One of his measures was to encourage Muslim Albanians to settle in Kosovo, the spiritual home of the Serbs, which would be Kyoto in Japan.
The Serbs were deeply angry.
But Tito was not immortal.
When he died, and the Cold War mechanism began to unravel, Serbia quickly took control of the Yugoslav federation and expelled Albanians from Kosovo.
In addition, it tried to separate the Serbian district in the Republic of Bosnia.
It angered Croatia, and a fatal confrontation began in the middle zone between the two sides.
It is what is known as the Bosnian War.
The Serbs' pent-up resentment burst out, and they began to persecute the Croats living in Bosnia.
If they resisted, it killed them.
When taken prisoner, "the Croats had the ring finger and little finger of their right hand amputated" (Beverly Allen, Rape for Ethnic Cleansing).
Cutting the cross with the remaining three fingers will be the correct way to cut it in the Eastern Orthodox Church.
It was thoughtful harassment.
It was still better to "strip dozens of people naked and push them down a square hole.
If you bite off a fellow's testicles, it guarantees your life. (Ibid.)
That's how the cruelty of Serbia is talked about, but in fact, Croatia teamed up with the Nazis to give it to the Serbs during the last World War.
It was both sides.
Destroying Islamic society one after another
There were two million Muslims in Bosnia.
They converted during the Ottoman era and are now on the side of oppressing Serbs with Croats.
Serbia hated them as much as Kosovo and ordered them to leave.
When they refused, "Serbian soldiers attacked the village and pulled out several virgins to the village square for public rape.
For Muslims, intercourse with infidels is a great sin that incurs the wrath of Allah.
The women who were raped and their families would have no place to stay.
They left the village.
But for those who stayed, a worse tragedy awaited them.
Serbian soldiers abducted young girls and wives and sent them to comfort women's homes in converted hotels and hospitals.
The women were raped and imprisoned until they became pregnant and could not have an abortion to give birth to infidel children.
Islamic society was destroyed in that way.
The Bashooni report, which was presented to the United Nations, found that the rapists were not only Serbs but also "officers of the U.N. Protection Force (UNPROFOR). UNPROFOR officers and Western officers of the U.N. monitoring mission were also regulars. (UNPROFOR).
However, Croatia was followed by NATO forces composed of catholic and protestant states and Western media.
They cut out the inconvenient stories, condemned the Serbian atrocities, and sided with Kosovo's Muslims. Finally, NATO airplanes bombed Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, and Serbia surrendered.
The United Nations established an international tribunal, and an international panel of prosecutors indicted then-Yugoslav President Milosevic and his men for leading the genocide in Bosnia.
Milosevic died in prison, but 90 others were sentenced to more than 40 years.
The acts of Milosevic and others were ruthless, but they were rooted in the religious conflict with Croatia.
China's Actions Worse than Bosnia
The Croatian side had no right to criticize unilaterally, nor did Tito have the right to take Kosovo, which was Serb territory, unilaterally.
It is the horror of religious conflicts, but a country is committing genocide just because of territorial greed without any basis, not even involving religion.
It is China, led by Xi Jinping.
This country has historically used the so-called Central Plains as its land and has built the Great Wall of China on its borders.
The current Great Wall was built in the Ming Dynasty.
In the last World War, China became a pawn of the U.S. and waged War against Japan.
Perhaps as a reward, after the War, they took the sovereignty of Manchuria as a matter of course and even executed Aisin Gioro Xianyu (Yoshiko Kawashima), a member of the royal family.
The Mongols also attacked, killing men more brutally than the Serbs, including crushing their skulls by fitting iron muzzles to their heads. Women were raped, and the Chinese destroyed their genitals with a rough rope not to bear children.
In the Uyghurs, the Chinese segregated all the men in concentration camps and forced them to apostatize from Islam, and if they did not comply, the Chinese took their organs and killed them.
In families where only women remain, Chinese men enter under the guise of surveillance, rape daughters and wives, and force them to bear children.
U.S. Secretary of State Blinken accuses Uighur women of marrying Chinese and undergoing sterilization, doing more "disingenuous genocide" than Bosnia.
The British People's Tribunal reports that all the brutalities are based on the orders of Xi Jinping.
I cannot understand why Prime Minister Kishida is celebrating the Beijing Olympics and forgiving such sovereignty infringement and barbarity.
Japan should ask the U.N. to open an international tribunal to judge Xi Jinping impartially as Milosevic did.
The Chinese will use their veto power, but we must not let them use it on humanitarian issues.
