The industrialization society in the 20th century oppressed a human being greatly in the area of the food, too.
By the principle of mass production, the leveling, the fast food conquered the world and the meal in the home, too, became shabby and insalubrious with the food group which was covered at the agricultural chemicals, in the gene-manipulation.
Especially, the gastronomic culture in America was a devastating situation.
Hero Alice waters raised an objection to this situation and caused a small revolution.
It opened a small experimental restaurant to Berkeley in 1971, California.
The simple food which used home-grown foodstuff such as the organic vegetables
Small revolution however, in the beginning, if there are a big meaning, a big carry, the small revolution spreads in no time to the world and has changed the world actually.

Shinobu Orikuchi

Shinobu Orikuchi (折口 信夫, Orikuchi Shinobu?, 1887 - 1953) est un ethnologue, poète et romancier, spécialiste de la religion, de la langue et de la littérature japonaises. Comme poète, il a surtout écrit sous le nom de plume de Shaku Chōkū 釈 迢空.

Orikuchi est né à Nishinari (aujourd’hui Naniwa-ku, Ōsaka) le 11 février 1887. Après une enfance studieuse, mais marquée par deux tentatives de suicide, il s’installe en 1905 à Tōkyō chez Fuji Muzen, un moine bouddhiste réformateur, et écrit de nombreux waka. Il s’inscrit en Lettres japonaises à l’université shintō Kokugakuin dont il sort diplômé en 1910. Entre 1911 et 1914, il est professeur de collège dans sa région d’origine. En 1916, il publie la traduction en langue moderne des 4516 poèmes du Man.yōshū (Recueil des dix mille feuilles). Ce travail d’érudition et d’écriture lui permet de devenir lecteur (1919), puis professeur (1922) à l’université Kokugakuin, bastion des études nationales. À partir de 1923, il cumule cette position avec une autre chaire à l’université Keiō où il enseigne en particulier l’histoire du théâtre japonais. Autour de 1925, il rencontre Fujii Harumi (1907-1945), un étudiant qui devient son compagnon. En 1944, il adopte officiellement Harumi qui meurt l’année suivante dans la bataille d’Iwojima. Hospitalisé en août 1953 pour un cancer de l’estomac, Orikuchi décède à Tōkyō le 3 septembre de la même année.

Orikuchi est l’un des premiers disciples de Yanagita Kunio qu’il rencontre autour de 1913. Il collabore avec lui au sein du Groupe de recherche sur les terroirs (Kyōdo kenkyūkai) créé en 1916 et, en 1932, participe à la fondation de l’Association du folklore japonais (Nihon minzoku kyōkai) dont il devient le secrétaire général. Ses principaux travaux, compilés dans Recherches sur l’Antiquité (Kodai kenkyū, 1929-1930), portent sur les mythes et les croyances, ainsi que sur la poésie et la littérature classiques. Pour François Macé, Orikuchi « s’efforce de retrouver l’homme japonais de l’Antiquité, non pas dans la perspective d’un antiquaire qui se penche sur un passé mort, mais avec la conviction que cet homme de l’Antiquité vit toujours dans l’homme moderne »1. Il a aussi publié des études importantes sur les arts du spectacle et en particulier sur les origines du kabuki. Il a développé entre autres le concept de marebito 稀人, d’« étranger de passage », divinité mais aussi ancêtre qui est, selon lui, à l’origine du théâtre japonais. Ses études ont amené Orikuchi à effectuer de nombreux voyages à travers le Japon, notamment à Okinawa (1921, 1923, 1935) et dans la péninsule de Noto d’où Harumi était originaire.

Origuchi Shinobu

Origuchi Shinobu (jap. 折口 信夫; auch: Origuchi Nobuo; * 11. Februar 1887 in Kizu, Nishinari-gun (heute: Ōsaka); † 3. Mai 1953) war ein japanischer Schriftsteller und Literaturwissenschaftler.

Der Kaufmannnssohn Origuchi studierte bis 1910 an der Kokugakuin-Universität. Er unterrichtete einige Zeit in Osaka und lernte dann in Tokio in einer von Nitobe Inazō geleiteten Studiengruppe für japanische Volkskultur den Ethnologen Yanagita Kunio kennen. Diese Begegnung regte ihn zu eigenen Studien an, und 1917 veröffentlichte er die Schrift Kōyaku man’yōshū („Die mündliche Überlieferung des Man’yōshū“). 1920 wurde er Dozent, im folgenden Jahr Professor an der Kokugakuin-Universität. Seit 1928 unterrichtete er außerdem an der Keiō-Universität.
Nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg gab Origuchi Einführungskurse in den Shintoismus an der Kokugakuin-Universität. Er entwickelte eine neue Sicht auf den Shintoismus und führte neue Ideen und Begriffe in die wissenschaftliche Debatte ein.
Als Lyriker publizierte Origuchi unter dem Namen Shaku Chōkū (釈 迢空). Er veröffentlichte u.a. die Liedsammlungen Umi yama no aida und Iwoguna, die Gedichtanthologie Kodai kan’aishū und den Roman Shisha no sho, zudem auch literaturtheoretische Schriften wie Kodai kenkyū. Eine Gesamtausgabe seiner Werke erschien unter dem Titel Orikuchi Shinobu zenshū.

Shinobu Orikuchi (折口 信夫 Orikuchi Shinobu, 11 February 1887–3 September 1953), also known as Chōkū Shaku (釋 迢空 Shaku Chōkū), was a Japanese ethnologist, linguist, folklorist, novelist, and poet. As a disciple of Kunio Yanagita, he established an original academic field named "Orikuchiism" (折口学 Orikuchigaku), which is a mixture of Japanese folklore, Japanese classics, and Shintō. He produced many works in a diversity of fields covering the history of literature, folkloric performing arts, folklore itself, Japanese language, the classics study, Shintōology, ancient study, and so on. Yukio Mishima once called him the "Japanese Walter Pater".

Orikuchi was born in the former Nishinari, Ōsaka(now part of Naniwa-ku, Osaka). After graduating with a degree in Japanese literature from Kokugakuin University in 1910, he started to teach Japanese and Chinese classics at junior high schools. In 1919, he became employed as a part-time instructor in Kokugakuin University. In 1922, he was promoted to the professor there. In 1924, he was hired as a professor in Keio University as well, since then, he taught at two different universities until he died. As a poet, he and Kitahara Hakushu established a tanka magazine called Nikkō ("Sunshine") in 1924. In 1925, he published Between the Sea and the Mountains (海山の間 Umi Yama no Aida), his first tanka book, which is highly estimated.

In 1934, he took a Ph.D. for his study on Man'yōshū. He also established the Japan Folklorists Society (日本民俗協会).

As a folklorist, Yanagita was known for rejecting every sexual subject; Orikuchi, in contrast, was very open-minded to these matters. He became a model for the protagonist in Mishima's short story Mikumano Mōde (三熊野詣), while his novel Shisha no Sho was basis for a film by Kihachiro

折口 信夫（おりくち しのぶ、明治20年（1887年）2月11日 - 昭和28年（1953年）9月3日）は、日本の民俗学者、国文学者、国語学者であり、釈迢空（しゃく ちょうくう）と号した詩人・歌人でもあった。

彼の成し遂げた研究は「折口学」と総称されている。柳田國男の高弟として民俗学の基礎を築いた。
みずからの顔の青痣をもじって、靄遠渓（あい・えんけい＝青インク）と名乗ったこともある。
歌人としては、正岡子規の「根岸短歌会」、後「アララギ」に「釈迢空」の名で参加し、作歌や選歌をしたが、やがて自己の作風と乖離し、アララギを退会する。
1924年（大正13年）北原白秋と同門の古泉千樫らと共に反アララギ派を結成して『日光』を創刊した。

1887年2月11日大阪府西成郡木津村（現在の大阪市浪速区敷津西1丁目・鷗町公園）に父秀太郎、母こうの4男として生まれる。
1890年木津幼稚園に通う。1892年木津尋常小学校（現在の大阪市立敷津小学校）に入学する。1894年叔母えいから贈られた『東京名所図会』の見開きに初めて自作歌を記す。感謝の念篤く、『古代研究』にはこの叔母への献詞を載せている。
1896年大阪市南区竹屋町、育英高等小学校に入学する。1899年4月大阪府第五中学校（後の天王寺中学）に入学する。中学の同級生には武田祐吉（国文学者）、岩橋小弥太（国史学者）、西田直二郎などがいた。
1900年夏に大和の飛鳥坐神社を一人で訪れた折に、9歳上の浄土真宗の僧侶で仏教改革運動家である藤無染（ふじ・むぜん）と出会って初恋を知ったという説がある[1]。富岡によると、迢空という号は、このとき無染に付けられた愛称に由来している可能性があるという。
1901年15歳になったこの年に父親から『万葉集略解』[2]を買ってもらう[3]。『文庫』『新小説』に投稿した短歌一首ずつが入選する。
1902年成績が下がる。暮れに自殺未遂。1903年3月自殺未遂。作歌多し。
1904年3月卒業試験にて、英会話作文・幾何・三角・物理の4科目で落第点を取り、原級にとどまる。この時の悲惨さが身に沁みたため、後年、教員になってからも、教え子に落第点は絶対につけなかった。同じく後年、天王寺中学から校歌の作詞を再三頼まれたが、かたくなに拒み続けたと伝えられる。大和に3度旅行した際、室生寺奥の院で自殺を図った若き日の釈契沖に共感、誘惑に駆られる。
1905年3月天王寺中学校を卒業する。医学を学ばせようとする家族の勧めに従って第三高等学校受験に出願する前夜、にわかに進路を変えて上京し、新設の國學院大學の予科に入学する。藤無染と同居する。この頃に約500首の短歌を詠む。
1907年予科修了、本科国文科に進んだ。この時期國學院大學において国学者三矢重松に教えを受け強い影響を受ける。また短歌に興味を持ち根岸短歌会などに出入りした。1910年7月國學院大學国文科を卒業する。卒業論文は「言語情調論」。1911年10月大阪府立今宮中学校の嘱託教員（国漢担当）となる。
1912年8月伊勢、熊野の旅に出た。1913年12月「三郷巷談」を柳田國男主催の『郷土研究』に発表し、以後、柳田の知遇を得る。1914年3月今宮中学校を退職し、上京する。折口を慕って上京した生徒達を抱え、高利貸の金まで借りるどん底の暮らしを経験したという[4]。
1916年國學院大學内に郷土研究会を創設する。この時30歳。『万葉集』全二十巻（4516首）の口語訳上・中・下を刊行する。1917年1月私立郁文館中学校教員となる。2月「アララギ」同人となり選歌欄を担当する。一方で、國學院大學内に郷土研究会を創設するなどして活発に活動する。1919年1月國學院大學臨時代理講師となる。万葉辞典を刊行する。
1921年7～9月柳田國男から沖縄の話を聞き、最初の沖縄・壱岐旅行。1922年1月雑誌「白鳥」を創刊する。4月國學院大學教授となる。
1923年6月慶應義塾大学文学部講師となる。第2回沖縄旅行。1924年1月亡師三矢重松の「源氏物語全講会」を遺族の勧めで再興する。後慶應義塾大学に移し没年まで続ける。
1925年5月処女歌集『海やまのあひだ』を刊行する。1927年6月國學院の学生らを伴い能登半島に採訪旅行し、藤井春洋の生家を訪う。1928年4月慶應義塾大学文学部教授となり芸能史を開講する。またこの年には「アララギ」を去って北原白秋らと歌誌『日光』を創刊する。
1932年文学博士の称号を受ける。日本民俗協会の設立にかかわり、幹事となる。1935年11月大阪木津の折口家から分家する。第3回沖縄旅行。1940年4月國學院大學学部講座に「民俗学」を新設する。愛知県三沢の花祭り、長野県新野雪祭りを初めて見る。
1941年8月中国へ旅し、北京で講演を行う。12月太平洋戦争起こり、藤井春洋応召。1944年藤井春洋、硫黄島に着任。春洋を養嗣子として入籍。1945年3月大阪の生家が戦災により焼失する。大本営より藤井春洋の居る硫黄島の玉砕発表。8月15日敗戦の詔を聞くと箱根山荘に40日間籠もる。
1948年5月古代感愛集により芸術院賞を受賞する。12月第一回日本学術会議会員に選ばれる。1949年7月能登一ノ宮に春洋との父子墓を建立する。1950年宮中御歌会選者となる。1953年7月初め箱根行き、健康すぐれず。8月31日衰弱進み慶應義塾大学病院に入院する。9月3日胃癌のため永眠する。養子として迎えた春洋（戦死）とともに、気多大社のある石川県羽咋市一ノ宮町にある墓に眠る。折口家の菩提寺願泉寺に分骨が納められている。

대담으로 쓸 수 있었던 인물상의 새지평

오리그치 노부오(折口信夫)는, 오랫동안 나의 마음에 걸리는 사람이었다. 지금이야말로 나의 아이돌라고 말해도 좋지만, 그자신의 저서는, 힘껏 오면 직관은 해도, 사귀기 어렵다.
그러나, 때(시기)□에 공진한 사람이 뽑는 말에는, 읽어서 마음을 움켜 쥐어지는 것이 있어, 내가 오리구치(折口)에게 다가간 것도, 본서의 대담자, 안도(安藤) 레이지나 도미오카(富岡) 다에코(多惠子)의 저작을 통해서이었다.

오리그치 노부오(折口信夫)에게는, 수수께끼가 많다. 야나기다(柳田)國남자의 제자라고 하는 것이 널리 알려진 얼굴이다.
그러나, 야나기다(柳田)에게 만나기 전에, 오리구치(折口)의 세계는 이미 풍요롭았던 것이어서, 언어학, 종교학, 뿐만 아니라 단가, 소설등, 이것만 많은 영역에서 일류의 저작을 한 사람은, 그렇게는 없다.
본서에서는, 주로 야나기다(柳田)이전, 오리구치(折口)라고 하는 「사람」이 형성되는 유년기부터 청춘기를, 저작 등을 단서로 쫓고 있다.

오리구치(折口)는 동성애자이었다. 그 점도, 두사람은 쫓는다.
폭로 취미가 아니고, 지극히 자연스럽게, 사람과 사람이 만나 서로 끌려 헤어진 기록으로서. 모든 인간 관계는 연애를 닮는다.
그리고 약 「개」등이라고 하는 기라답기는, 다른 사람과의 압도적인 관계 안(속)에서밖에 나오지 않는다.

내가, 다른 오리구치(折口)론에 하나 더 흥미를 가질 수 없었던 것은, 대부분의 논자가, 때(시기)□의 섹슈얼리티를, 마치 없을 것 같이 다루고, 결과, 어디인가가 얇았기 때문이다.
도미오카(富岡)나 안도(安藤)는, 그다지에 큰 팩터가, 인생이라고 표현에 영향을 주지 않는 쪽이 이상하다고 생각한다.
오리구치(折口)는, 동성애자인 것을 숨기지 않고, 요직에 취임하고, 사랑하는 사람だ 약간 공동 생활을 하고, 자력을 떼어 놓는 저작을 계속해서 했다. 가부장제가 강했던 시대에 있어서, 상상을 끓는 용기다. 무시하는 쪽이 실례지 않은가?

놀랍게도, 이 종류의 인재는, 오늘 일본 사회에 있어서마저 대부분 만나뵐 수 없다. 이성장 탤런트에게는 놀라울정도 관대할 뿐, 널리 알려지는 행복의 모양은, 「남녀가 결혼해서 어린이를 만들어 키우는 가정」만이며, 그 이외의 이야기는 대부분 화제로도 되지 않는다. 그것은 다수파이지만, 그 모양만이 강조되어서 다양성이 없고 숨참을 기억하는 것도, 출생률 감소의 큰 원인에서는 잔잔해졌을까?

읽으면 읽을 만큼 끌어 들여지는 후토시(太)다. 수수께끼가 더욱 큰 수수께끼를 부르는 미스테리인 것 같고, 메이지(明治)부터 쇼와(昭和)라고 하는 격동의 시대와 한사람의 인간의 다큐멘터리로서도, 인간의 고독이나 사랑을 보편적으로 그린 문학작품으로서도 읽을 수 있다.
자질도 성별도 세대도 다르는 두사람의 논자가, 서로 보완하게 피스를 채우고, 그렇지 않으면 완성되지 않는 상이 있었다고 생각하게 한다.

폐쇄감이나 소외감에 괴로워하는, 모든 사람에게.
나는, 오리그치 노부오(折口信夫)가 이 나라에 살아 있었다고 하는 사실, 그것만으로, 격려된다.

折口信夫，是久我的在意的人。可以现在正是叫我的偶像,不过直观做，也可憎，他自己的著作，更加来开始。
可是，折叠□共振的人纺的言词，读有被猛抓要心的东西，我接近了的折口，也通过正式文本的会谈者，安藤礼二和富冈多惠子的著作。

向(到)折口信夫，谜多。是叫柳田国男人的弟子宽广地被知道的脸。
