As A Father As A Swim Coach

Classic Weeks Day 2

朝はこのところずっと良いお天気です。
爽やかにハードトレーニング。


やり終えた笑顔が素敵です。

そして自分もハードにCycling。


Mount Faber
これで26日連続の43。

帰りにClark Queyを通って。


朝食の後、GYMへ。




Classic Weekの前にチームミーティングをと思ったのですが病気をしたコーチのカバーなどでできず。
代わりに選手や父母に毎日メッセージを送ることにいました。
