Happy Friday From Travis sensei 
Last Sunday after church and volunteering, I met my Japanese friend for BIG American style steak. I had a sirloin steak and my friend had a T-bone steak. I felt like I was back in America..So tasty
My friend and I love "rare" beef. My Japanese friend lived in America while he was in High school. He loved holding the big bone and chewing all the meat off the bone. I respected him a lot when he did that.
