今日は。今回は５文型についてです。
文の要素には、S=主語、V=動詞、C=補語、O=目的語 があります。
文を構成する文型には、SV（第1文型）, SVC(第2文型）, SVO(第3文型）, SVOC（第4文型）, SVOO（第5文型）の5つがあります。
SVC型を見てみましょう。
SVC（第2文型）で用いる動詞は、
➀状態や持続を表す動詞：be, keep, stay, remain など
例） Poverty remains a serious problem in many countries.
②変化を表す動詞：become, get, grow, turn, fall など
例）He became Prime Minister in 2016.
Your food's getting cold.
He was growing bored with his work at the company.
I have just turned 18.
Steve always falls asleep in the afternoon.
③感覚や印象を表す動詞：feel, seemなど
例）I feel nervous about that.
があり、補語には形容詞か名詞を置きます。副詞は置けないので注意してください。

HELLO !! IT'S ME TRAVIS...
WOW !! FRIDAY AGAIN !! DID YOU HAVE A NICE WEEK ?
I was riding my mt.bike to work on Wednesday and I saw a city worker opening a dam valve. It has been raining a lot so I guess they had to open the valve to let more water out. I've been stopping here every day for 6 years and never saw the dam being opened or closed....SO COOL !! When I was in the U.S. Navy, I had to manufacture from raw steel stock and repair valves for submarines, ships and fighter jets. Fun job but lots of math.
Be careful if you plan on playing in the river ;)
