今日の話題はなんといっても”皆既日食”でしょう！
お天気が良ければBeat'nBoxからも見ることができるのでは？と期待していたのですが、

そして、日本語では「かいきにっしょく」としか呼ばない現象ですが、
英語では"The solar eclipse"に関連していろいろな言葉があるんですね。
The Moon's shadow actually has two parts:
1. Penumbra
The Moon's faint outer shadow.
Partial solar eclipses are visible from within the penumbral shadow.
2. Umbra
The Moon's dark inner shadow.
Total solar eclipses are visible from within the umbral shadow.
日本で見られる次の日食は3年後の金環日食、
皆既日食は2035年…是非とも晴れて欲しいものです。
