Hello everyone! Today is July 1st, which, for those of you who don't
know, is Canada Day! Today Canadians are celebrating Canada's 142nd
birthday (still young and beautiful eh?!). In Ottawa, Canada's
captial, many Canadians are attending the Canada Day celebrations at
Parliament Hill (my parents and I are watching it on the TV as I write
this message). All over Canada, there are parades, concerts and other
events throughout the day and later tonight, there'll be fireworks.
In my hometown, there are Canada Day celebrations and fireworks later
on tonight, but the weather isn't that great (cloudy and light rain),
so I don't know if I'll attend. Actually, the weather in most of
Eastern Canada and Ontario isn't that good, it's reminding me of rainy
season - I can't escape it!
And on that note, I'm gonna go and finish watching the celebrations...
