英語学校で提供する予定の英会話レッスンの現在の準備状況

Good morning, and thank you for stopping by!!
Since I started making lessons after coming back from Canada in 2008, I’ve made some English curriculum, such as Travel English course, Business English course, Pronunciation course, and so on.
I have never counted the total amount of lessons that I've produced so far, but I’m pretty sure that the total number of my original lessons for daily conversation has become more than 250 in total.
Currently, I’m thinking that in my English school I’ll offer 2-3 different levels in daily conversation class.
It depends on a level, but I’m preparing a wide variety of conversation topics, and in some lessons, students can talk about their opinions, and in some lessons, students can practice making questions / answer them!!
Some of them may be interesting, some may be useful, some may be very trivial.
Hopefully, you share your opinion in my lesson!!

本日は“英語学校で提供する予定の英会話レッスンの現在の準備状況”です。

２００８年にカナダから帰国して以来、“旅行用英語コース”や“ビジネス英語コース”、“発音矯正コース”などの英語レッスンを英語学校設立のために作ってきました。

合計でいくつのレッスンを作ったかは数えたことがないのでわかりませんが、日常会話コースのオリジナルのレッスンは合計で２５０を超えたと思います。

まだ未定ですが現在、英語学校での日常会話コースでは２つか３つのレベルを提供したいと思っています。

レベル別ではありますが、このコースでのレッスンでは本当に様々な会話のトピックを扱う予定で、受講されている方はレッスンの中で“意見交換”や“質問の受け答え”などを学ぶことができます。

レッスンによって、楽しく受講できるもの、役に立つもの、トリビア的なものなど学べると思います。

より良いレッスンが提供できるよう、本日もしっかりと準備したいと思います！！

東急目黒線沿いの英語学校のための店舗探しの旅

Good morning and I really appreciate your visit!
Yesterday, after I taught some lessons at a cafe in Tokyo, I decided to go and check the atmosphere of some stations at Tokyu Meguro line to see if the area would match my English school.
I didn't have much time to walk around so I just walked and checked around each stationa from Meguro to Ookayama; however, it was worth going!
At some stations, I stopped by some real estate agencies to ask if space was available but unfortunately none of them matched yesterday.
What I found out was the renting fee is quite high and it is beyond my budget.
Anyway, what I need to do is to have hope and keep looking for the one!!

本日は“東急目黒線沿いの英語学校のための店舗探しの旅”です。

昨日は東京都内のカフェでのレッスンが終わった後、英語学校起業の場所のチェックのため、東急目黒線沿いを見てきました。

あまり時間もなかったため、目黒駅～大岡山駅の各駅の周辺を歩いて見て回ることしかできませんでしたが、雰囲気を知ることができただけでも良かったです。

駅近くにあるいくつかの不動産屋さんにもお邪魔し、いろいろとお話を伺うことができましたが、昨日は残念ながら自分の英語学校設立の条件と会うものはありませんでした。
（目黒駅周辺のエリアは坪単価が高く、予算をはるかに超えるものばかりでした・・・）

とにかく今は、自分にできる英語学校起業のための準備を一つずつ着実にこなし、場所探しも引き続き前向きに続けたいと思います！

週末の東京都内の英語学校設立の場所探しの旅

Good morning and thank you for your visit!
Yesterday, it was a fine day and I had some free time so I walked around Takadanobaba, Shinjuku area.
It was my first time to walk around the area so that it was interesting to find out where people hang out and what kind of business around there.
I walked quite a lot and I was able to know the atmosphere, the renting cost there and so on.
From now on, I’ll gather and check the information about the area and spend some more time preparing for my English school to launch in the near future!

昨日は日中、歩くにはとても良い日でしたので少し時間を作り高田馬場・新宿エリアを歩いて見て回ってきました。

この高田馬場・新宿エリアを歩き回るのは初めての経験だったので、とても新鮮だったのと同時に、人の流れや、ビジネスエリアを勉強することができました。

かなりの距離を歩き回ったこともあり、高田馬場・新宿エリア一体の雰囲気や家賃相場などを知ることができました。

本日は高田馬場・新宿エリアの情報収集と情報のチェックなどをし、英語学校起業に向け一歩前進したいと思います。

英語学校起業へ昨日の東京・神奈川での物件探しの旅

Good morning, and I appreciate your visit!!
Today, I'd like to write about what I did yesterday to get my English school started.
Yesterday, when I had some free time, I visited and checked some buildings in Tokyo and Kanagawa to see if those places are suitable ones for my English school.
One of them in Tokyo, I visited yesterday, was nicely decorated and I really liked it although it was a little far from its nearest station (7～8 minutes walk from its nearest station).
Anyway, I'll check the neighborhood around the place more to see whether I'll apply for it or not.
These days, I feel it's really hard to find a really nice place for my English school, but at the same time, I can learn a lot of things about the place and around the neighborhood for my future business.
What I can do is to keep looking for the one!!

昨日、東京で見つけた１つの物件は少し駅から徒歩約７～８分と少し離れていましたが、とてもキレイな内装で、すぐにビジネスを始められそうなとても良い物件でした。

今から時間を見つけて、近隣の状況をもう少し調べたいと思います。

最近は“自分の求めている英語学校のための物件探し”は当初に考えていたよりも難しいと実感しています。

が、同時に、探し続けることで物件の近隣のことなど、色々と今後ビジネスに役立つことを発見することができるようになってきました！

２０・３０年以上、自分の英語学校ビジネスが続けられるような悔いのない場所を選びたいと思います！！

英語学校起業のための物件探し＆新宿御苑でのリラックスの旅

Good morning, and thank you for your visit!
Yesterday, after I taught a TOEIC lesson yesterday, I looked around some places for my English school to set up.
Because the place I had the lesson was near Shinjuku yesterday, I decided to walk around Shinjuku and Gaien, Aoyama area.
On my way to Gaien, Aoyama from Shinjuku, I realized on the map there is a huge park called "Shinjuku gyoen" so I decided to walk through the park.
Since it was still in cherry blossom season and it was a nice day yesterday, there were a lot of people enjoying beautiful view of many flowers!
I stayed there just for a short time but it was enough for me to relax.
Then, I walked around Gaien, Aoyama area.
Even though I couldn't find a good place, I got some useful information about the area.
I still need to keep looking, and hopefully, can find a great one for my English school soon!!

本日は“英語学校起業のための物件探し＆新宿御苑でのリラックスの旅”です。

昨日はTOEICのレッスンをした後、英語学校起業のための場所探しをしてきました。

レッスンをしたのが新宿だったこともあり、昨日は新宿＆外苑・青山のエリアを歩いてみることにしました。

歩く計画を立てている時、新宿から外苑・青山に抜けるには、新宿御苑を抜けるのが早いことが判明したという点と、一度も行ったことがなかったため、通り抜けてみることにしました。

桜の季節だったこと、良い天気だったこともあり、園内にはたくさんの人が花見で各々に楽しんでいる様子でした。

自分が新宿御苑にいた時間は短かったのですが、花や景色がとてもきれいでとてもリラックスすることができました。

新宿御苑を通り抜けた後は、外苑・青山のエリアを見て周りました。

英語学校設立のための場所は見つけられませんでしたが、いくつか情報を手に入れることができました。

場所選びに時間がかかっていますが、最初の英語学校起業の場としてふさわしい場所を選びたいと思います。

久々の日曜英語レッスンと英語学校創業のための店舗探しの旅

Hi, thank you very much for visiting!
How are you doing and how are you spending this weekend?
Today's topic is my plan for today.
A couple of days ago, one of my students mailed and asked me if I could give the student a TOEIC lesson on Sunday today.
I accepted the request and decided to have a lesson since I haven't had Sunday lesson for quite long.
After the lesson, I will use time to look around in Tokyo and Kanagawa for my English school to set up!
I haven't had a Sunday lesson for a long time, so I'll just enjoy teaching and after that I hope I can find a good place!!

数日前、一人の生徒の方から本日（日曜日）にTOEICのレッスンを受講したい旨のメールが気ました。

以前は日曜日もカフェでレッスンをしていましたが、最近では日曜日にレッスンをすることがなかったこともあり、リクエストを受けることにしました。

レッスン後は、時間が許す限り、英語学校起業のための東京・神奈川の店舗や地域を見てきたいと思います。

英語学校起業へ向けてのコンサルティング受講

There are several courses that I'm thinking to offer right now, and the following course helps students improve their basic English skills.
The course is focusing on "English Grammar."
Needless to say, Grammar is one of the fundamentals when we use English.
In this Grammar-based lesson, the focus is not only input Englsih grammar, but also output the English grammar.
What I mean is that after students take some time to practice inputting grammar point by listening, reading, speaking, and writing to input the grammar point, they have time to output a lot.
In this Grammar lesson, input and output are well balanced!
The aim of the course is to help students build their basic English ability and use correct English!
So, if you want to learn some basics, I recomment choosing this course!

英語学校設立にあたり、現在いろいろな英語のコースを考えていますが、今日ご紹介します“文法を中心としたコース”では“英文法”にフォーカスし、英語の基礎力をつけていきます。

“文法”と聞くと、嫌と感じる方もいらっしゃるかもしれませんが、英語を使う際には語彙・発音と並びとても重要です。

各レッスンでは、インプットとアウトプットのバランスが上手くとれるようにしています。

目的としましては“英語の基礎力を向上させ、正しい英語を使う”ことです。

川崎市内の商店街/空き店舗下見の旅

Good morning, and thank you for your visit :)
Yesterday, I went to Kawasaki to see some shops available for rent.
I mainly took Kawasaki municipal bus to look around from Mizonokuchi to Kosugi area.
Although I went around by bus and it took long time (actually for a day), it was great to see Kawsaki because I could visit a lot of shopping streets, see some vacant shops, and check the atmosphere.
Some local real estate agencies I visited yesterday gave me some good information on vacant shops in Kawasaki.
I visited and checked one of the shopt available for rent, and found out that it was big enough for the English school I've intended.
From now on, I'm going to see if it's the one for my English school and would like to decide!

昨日は川崎市の商店街＆空き店舗を見てきました。

特に、川崎市営バスを使い、溝の口～小杉のエリアを見て回ってきました。

バスで回ったことで、時間がかなりかかってしまいましたが、たくさんの商店街やお店・を見たり、雰囲気を知ることができました。

その中でも、昨日訪ねた不動産屋さんはとても親切に対応していただき、特に武蔵新城の不動産屋さんには、とても良い商店街の空き店舗情報をいただきました。
ご親切にありがとうございました。

今後も一歩一歩、英語学校起業に向け前進していきたいと思います。

百合ヶ丘でのおいしいランチと英語学校創業への準備 - ビジネスコンサルティング受講

Yesterday, after I finished teaching in Tokyo, I went to Yurigaoka, Kawasaki to have lunch.
The reason why I visited Yurigaoka is that there is a nice restaurant "Tamari" whose owner I met at a business seminar in Kawasaki last year
The food I had was "genshi-jin no niku, which means the meat which primitive people ate" was tasty and the coffee, the baked apple, and the mashed sweet potato I had after lunch for dessert were excellent too!!
The dishes and cups used at the restaurant are all made by the owner, so everything is unique.
When you have a chance to visit Yurigaoka, please try once!

After having lunch, I went to Kawasaki in order to take a business consultation with Mr. Koji Takeuchi, who is a small and medium enterprise management consultant.
There were several important tips for my English school to launch I learned from the consultation.
Some of the tips were hiring good staff members, making a more attractive advertisement, financial advice and so on.
Thanks to his help, I was able to get a better idea about the advertisement.

The situation in Japan is still unpredictable, but I will do what I can do and hopefully, what I’m doing will contribute to Japan and the world.

本日は“百合ヶ丘でのおいしいランチと英語学校創業への準備 - ビジネスコンサルティング受講”です。

昨日、英語レッスン終了後、川崎・百合ヶ丘にある“たまり”さんというアトリエカフェへランチに行ってきました。

“たまり”さんでは“原始人の肉”をいただきました。

お料理は小鉢に至るまですべて創意工夫されており、とてもおいしくいただくことができました。

また、コーヒー・デザート（手づくりの焼きりんご・スイートポテト）もとてもおいしかったです。

お皿にいたるまでオーナーの手作りで、一度は行く価値ありですので、百合ヶ丘の近くに来た際には是非！

おいしい昼食をとった後は、川崎で英語学校創業のためのコンサルティングを受講してきました。
