Today, I'd like to write about the homepage for my English school.
Since I got my domain for my homepage this past January, I've been making a homepage.
Finally, late last night, I finished making and uploaded it!!
It took long time to make it, but finally it's done.

今年１月にホームページのドメインを取得して以来、少しずつホームページを作成してきましたが、昨夜遂に完成しました！

ホームページの制作にかなりの時間がかかってしまいましたが、無事アップロードをすることができました。

英語学校の電話開通と参考書の仕入れ

Good morning and thank you for checking out this blog!
Today, I’d like to write about a telephone line and textbooks for my English school.
The other day, finally I got a telephone line opened for my English school!!
I like my telephone number because the last two numbers are "85." (in Japanese we can pronounce it "eigo.")
Also I went to a book store, Junkudo, to purchase some textbooks for my English school.
The preparation is in progress, however, I have only 2 days left until the opening day.
I’ll just prepare for my English school to get started!!

先日、遂に英語学校の電話線が開通しました！

いただいた電話番号の最後の２つの番号が“８５”＝“英語”と読める点、気に入っております。

また、いつもお世話になっている本屋さんジュンク堂書店さんから英語学校用のテキストも仕入れました。

英語学校オープンに向けて、少しずつ準備ができつつあります。

オープンまで残り２日間。

英語学校オープンをお知らせするチラシの印刷

Good morning and thanks a lot to visit this blog!
Today, I'd like to write about what I did for my English school to get started yesterday.
Yesterday morning after I completed the flyer and brochure, I visited a printing company for the first time.
I had never visited a printing company until yesterday so I didn't know what to do.
However, the staff was very friendly and I was able to order some printings, such as...
・Total 4000 flyers to hand out
・About 1000 pamphlets
One surprising fact is that the cost of printing these was not as expensive at all as I print them by myself.
As soon as they get here, I'll start handing out flyers!

本日は“英語学校オープンをお知らせするチラシの印刷”です。

昨日の朝ようやく、英語学校オープンをお知らせするチラシ＆パンフレットが完成しましたが、その後、印刷会社さんへ大急ぎで行ってきました。

大急ぎと行っても、昨日印刷屋さんを訪れるまで行ったことがなかったため、何をどうやってオーダーするのかわかりませんでしたが、訪れた印刷屋さんのスタッフの方に親切に教えてもらい、無事注文をすることができました。

昨日注文したものは・・・
・チラシを計４０００部
・パンフレットを約１０００部
でした。

注文をした後に驚いたことは、これだけ注文しても自分のプリンターで印刷するよりもはるかに値段が安かったことです。

注文した印刷物が届き次第、順に配布していきたいと思います！！

英語学校オープンのためのチラシ＆パンフレット作成

Good morning and thank you for reading this blog!
Today, I'd like to write about what I did for my English school yesterday.
This morning, I finally completed a flyer and a brochure for my English school.
It took longer than I first anticipated so today I guess I have to go to a printing company and get these printed out a.s.a.p.
Hopefully, I can get those done by the time my English school starts.
One more big thing I have to take care of is my English school website.
I'll try to work on it and update it a.s.a.p.!!

今朝、遂に英語学校オープンをお知らせするチラシ＆パンフレットが完成しました！

最初に予想していた完成日時よりも遅くなってしまったため、今日中にでも印刷会社へ行き、プリントしてもらう必要がありそうですが何とかオープンまでに間に合ってくれることを願います。

もう一つ大きな仕事としては、ホームページの仕上げが残っているので、こちらもできるだけ早く完成させて、アップさせようと思います！

英語学校オープンに向けたラストスパート

Thank you for your checking out this blog!
Today, I'd like to write about what I did yesterday.
Yesterday, with my family and uncle's help, I cleaned my English school and cafe.
Especially, we focused on cleaning the windows this time.
We tried very hard to clean the windows and balconies, which were dirty.
However, thanks to their help, they became much cleaner than before!
My uncle also gave me some tips for my business, which were very useful!
There are only 5 days left until my English school's opening day.
I always appreciate those who have helped me!
I'll prepare little by little!!

昨日、家族と叔父が英語学校とカフェの掃除を手伝ってくれました。

今回、特に集中して掃除した箇所は、汚れていた窓とベランダでした。

集中的に掃除していただいたお陰で、以前よりかなりキレイな状態になりました。
ありがとうございました。

また、叔父には色々なビジネスのアドバイスもしていただき、とても感謝しています。

英語学校オープンまで残り５日間。

色々な方に感謝しながら、少しずつ準備をすすめたいと思います！！

初の英語学校でのコンサルティング受講

Today, I’d like to write about the consultation I had yesterday.

Yesterday, a business consultant, Mr. Koji Takeuchi, who is a medium and small corporate business consultant, came to visit my English school.
He gave me some comments and advice about my English school & English environment cafe space.
Most of his advice focused on how to make my space more attractive.
His advice was to the point so I can use it easily!!
From now on until Oct. 1st, I will work on my English school with the advice I got yesterday!

昨日は、中小企業診断士の竹内幸次先生にお願いし、初の英語学校でのコンサルティングをしていただきました。

竹内先生から、英語学校＆英語環境カフェの内装など、色々なアドバイスやコメントをいただくことができました。

いただいたアドバイスのほとんどが“英語学校・英語環境カフェをどのように宣伝していくのか、魅力的な場所にしていくのか”というもので、しっかりと的を得ていたものが多く、今後に活かしていけそうなものをいただくことができました。

１０月１日のオープンまで竹内先生のアドバイスを活かし、しっかりと準備していきたいと思います！

英語学校オープンに向けたのチラシ（フライヤー）の作成

Good morning and thank you for your time to visit to this blog!
Today, I'd like to write about one of documents.
The document I'm currently making is a flyer, which is an A4 size and about my English school's information on it.
However, the most difficult point is that the space of the flyer is limited so I have to think about some points that I'd really like to mention on it.
I really have to get it done by the time my own English school starts, so when I have time, I'll spend my time more wisely and get it done!!

現在、取りかかっている主な書類は“オープンをお知らせするチラシ（フライヤー）”の作成です。

自分が作っているものはA4サイズで、英語学校・英語環境カフェなど基本的な情報が載っています。

が、一番難しいところがチラシのスペースが決まっているため、本当に自分の英語学校の言いたいところの要点を絞らなければならない点です。

英語学校スタートまでには仕上げなければならないので、時間をもっと効率良く使い、しっかりと仕上げていきたいと思います！！

英語環境カフェ営業のための施設チェック

Good morning and thank you for your time to read this blog!
Today, I'd like to write about yesterday's event.
Last Friday, I went to the health center in Minato Ward to submit some forms to run my English environment cafe and yesterday a person, who checks whether the facility and environment are good enough to run a cafe, visited and checked my English environment cafe.
The check was quite brief and he gave me the green light!
So, I can get a permission to start my English environment cafe on Sep 30th.
This means it's just in time for my English school to open!!
Before I get the permission, I'll prepare more for the cafe too!!

本日は“英語環境カフェ営業のための施設チェック”です。

先週の金曜日、港区の保健所へ英語環境カフェ営業のための許可申請書類を提出しに行ってきました。

そして昨日、施設をチェックする保健所の方に来ていただき、自分の英語環境カフェの施設・環境が問題ないかチェックしてもらいました。

施設のチェックは問題なく終わり、担当者の方からOKサインをいただくことができました。

休みの関係で飲食店営業許可書が発行されるのが９月３０日になってしまう、とのことですが、１０月１日オープンには間に合うので少し安心しました。

が、まだまだ準備する点も多いので少しずつ準備を進めていきたいと思います！

現在の英語学校の様子と紹介

Good morning and I appreciate your checking out this blog!
Today, I'd like to introduce my English school.
I've introduced my English environment cafe in this blog before, and this time I'd like to introduce my English school.

Currently, there are two classroom space in my English school.
The classrooms are not that big (but not too small) and 4 people can sit down in each classroom since I've decided to have a lesson with maximum 4 students a lesson, which is my ideal number for English teaching.
Basically, I'll have 90-minute lessons (and also 45-minute & 60-minute lessons) so I hope my students can relax and enjoy English study in this space.
There are still some preparation I have to tackle such as putting up a wall clock and so on.
I'll just do one by one!

本日は“現在の英語学校の様子と紹介”です。

以前、このブログで“英語環境カフェの紹介”をしましたが、今回は英語学校を少し紹介したいと思います。(http://blog.goo.ne.jp/artismart/e/0445fcccf19624785ee393a2462594f0)

今現在、自分の英語学校には２クラス分のスペースがあります。

それぞれのクラスのスペースは大手の英会話教室のように、そこまで大きくもなく（かと言って小さすぎず）自分の理想としている１～４人の少人数レッスンには、良いサイズだと思っています。

自分の英語学校では、基本的にレッスンの長さは９０分（他には朝の４５分、小学生用の６０分があります）なので、リラックスして英語学習ができるような場所にしていきたいと思います。

教室内の時計の設置などまだまだ取り組むべき仕事も残っていますので、今日も少しずつ前向きに行動したいと思います！

英語学校スタートのための細かい物の買い出し

Today, I’d like to write about shopping I went yesterday.
Yesterday was my shopping day and I bought some small stuff for English school and English environment cafe.
What I actually bought was goods for cleaning, curtains, stationary and so on.
There is only 10 days left, but I'll take one step by one step!
