Good morning and thank you for stopping by!
Today, I’d like to write about a story yesterday.
Yesterday, I had some free time so I went shopping to buy some stuff for my English School.
One of the things I bought was blankets.
As you might feel that it's getting colder these days so I bought some blankets that students can use during lessons.
The other things I bought were some items for cafe.
Currently, I'm planning to start offering lunch menu at our cafe in the middle of November, so when time comes, I'll let you know in this blog!
There are a lot of things I need to work on, but I'll enjoy every time!!

本日は“英語学校のための久々の買い出しの旅”です。

昨日は、久々の一日オフで時間があったので、English Plusに必要な物を買い出しに行き、いろいろな物を購入しました。

最近、徐々に寒くなってきていることもあり、生徒の方たちがレッスン中・セルフスタディスペースで使えるブランケットを購入しました。

また、その他にカフェで使用するための物や、現在企画している１１月中旬スタート予定のランチメニューに必要な物を購入しました。

カフェでのランチに関しましては計画が固まり次第、このブログやホームページで徐々にお知らせしたいと思います。

新しい計画などで、いろいろと実行することがありますが、１つ１つ楽しんでいきたいと思います！！

英語耳を作ろう!!毎日５分のディクテーショントレーニングのすすめ

How are you doing?
Thanks a lot for visiting to this English Plus' blog!
Today, I’d like to recommend an English training to strengthen your listening skill!
The training takes only 5 minutes, and it’s easy to carry out!
The training is called“Dictation training” and what you need to prepare is a book with CD, here I just pick up a book entitled "Real 180 situations - dialogue book."
Here is the procedure:
1.Listen to a dialogue once without the script (*only English part)
2.Listen to the same dialogue 5 times (to maximum 10 times) to jot down what you hear (*don’t stop the CD in the middle of the dialogue)
3.Check the script to see if what you’ve written down is correct
The point of dictation training is...
・you don’t have to dictate the dialogue completely
・however, you should know what you couldn't hear and to get familiar with the previously unknown vocabulary
・you should read out loud the sentence that includes the unknown vocabulary
If you continue doing this training, your listening skill will improve for sure!
Just try it!

本日は“英語耳を作ろう！！毎日５分のディクテーショントレーニングのすすめ”です。

今日おすすめのトレーニングは約５分で終わる手軽なトレーニングです。

トレーニングは”Dictation（ディクテーション）”トレーニングと言い、耳を鍛えるのにとても効果的です。

このディクテーショントレーニングで必要な教材はCDとスクリプトがあるものであれば何でもOKですが、ここでは“リアルな日常表現１８０場面 - 英会話ダイアローグブック”をとりあげます。

以下、トレーニングのすすめ方です：

１．スクリプト（本）を見ずに英語の部分のみを聞く

２. ５回くらい（最大１０回くらい）同じものを聞き、聞きとれた単語・文章を書き取る（ＣＤを途中で止めないのがポイント、聞けなくても聞こえたところからひたすら書き取る）

３．スクリプト（本）を見て書き取った文章をチェックする

ディクテーショントレーニングのポイントは・・・

・完璧に一語・一語書き取られなくてもＯＫ

・ですが、書きとれなかった（聞きとれなかった）部分を確認すること

・聞き取れなかった部分を音読して自分のモノにすること

などです。

このディクテーショントレーニングを毎日続けることで、リスニング力がアップすること間違いなしです。

小さな英語学校の自慢の頑張っている生徒さんたちの話

Good morning and thank you for reading this English Plus' blog!!
Today, I'd like to write about our students at English school.
Though English Plus' English school is a small English school and there aren't so many students right now, I can say that almost all of our students are great because of their attitudes towards English!!
One of them sometimes comes to our self-study space at 7 o'clock, which is the time we open our school, to study English until the time he/she needs to leave for work.
One of them always comes almost two hours before his/her lesson time to study English at the self-study space.
The other students also study English really hard!!
Thanks to their efforts, they create positive atmosphere towards learning English at English Plus!
Hopefully, each and every one of our students will achieve their own goals!!

本日は“小さな英語学校の自慢の頑張っている生徒さんたちの話”です。

English Plusは、小さな英語学校で生徒数もそう多くはありませんが、英語学習に対する各生徒の方の姿勢は自慢してもいい位ポジティブで、講師・スタッフから見てすごく努力していることがわかります。

例えば、生徒の１人の方は７時のオープン直後に来校し、仕事に行く時間までセルフスタディスペースで英語自己学習しています。

他の生徒の方もレッスンの約２時間前に来校し、セルフスタディスペースで目標達成のため、黙々と英語学習をしています。

その他の生徒の方たちも、ここには書ききれないくらい、陰でも努力しています。

多くの生徒の方たちの頑張りによって、English Plusのスタッフに対しても英語学習に対する前向きな良い影響があります。

生徒の方たちのひたむきな努力が報われるよう、今日もしっかりとレッスンをし、しっかりとサポートしていきたいと思います！！

英語学校の新しいスケジュール - 夜の４５分英会話レッスンの紹介

Good morning and I appreciate your checking out this English Plus' blog!
Today, I'd like to announce a new lesson at our English school.
Currently, we're offering morning conversation lessons on Thursday and Saturday.
On Thursday, there are two morning conversation lessons available starting from 7:10 and from 8:00.
On Saturday, there is a morning conversation lesson available starting from 8:00.
In this 45-minute conversation lesson, students talk about a topic that English Plus selects every week.
Even though it's just 45 minutes, there is a lot of time speaking English!!
Thanks to popular demand for this 45-minute conversation lesson, I've decided to open new 45-minute lessons on Wednesday night.
There'll be two lessons available from 18:00 and 18:50 on Wed.

本日は“英語学校の新しいスケジュール - 夜の４５分英会話レッスンの紹介”です。

今日１０月２５日現在、英語学校では木曜日および土曜日の朝に４５分の英会話レッスンを開講しています。

木曜日は７時１０分～７時５５分、８時～８時４５分の２レッスン、土曜日は８時～８時４５分の１レッスン、計３つの朝の英会話レッスンをしています。

この４５分の英会話レッスンの中では、毎週日常的なトピックを取り上げて、聞く・話すという英語コミュニケーション能力を伸ばしていきます。

４５分という短時間のレッスンですが、レッスンの中では“たくさん英語を話す”時間があります。

最近では、いろいろなお声（リクエスト）をいただいており、新たに夜に４５分の英会話レッスンを開講することにしました。

夜の４５分の英会話は水曜日の１８時～１８時４５分、１８時５０分～１９時３５分の予定です。

英語環境カフェのメニューの紹介 - 秋限定の米粉ロールケーキ

Today, I'd like to introduce one of our hand-made sweets at English Plus' cafe.
English Plus has three kinds of English-related services such as "English school, English Environment Cafe, and studying abroad support."
Anyone can use and relax at our English Environment Cafe!
One unique point of our English Environment Cafe is that the sweets and food we serve are all hand-made!
We care about ingredients and calories, and almost all of the sweets are quite healthy and have low calories.
The sweets and food we serve are different weekly and the currently we have "swiss roll made with rice flour."
It's our original recipe and we use 100% rice flour and no sugar.
Only this autumn season, we put sweet potato inside the swiss roll!
It's all hand-made so the number is limited, if you have a chance to visit, please try!!

英語環境カフェはどなたでも利用できるカフェになっております。

英語環境カフェのユニークポイントとしましては、提供しているスイーツ・軽食は全て“手作り”ということです。
