Today, I'd like to write about my opinion about the new TOEIC test.
April 10th, it was the official TOEIC testing day, which was actually the last chance we were able to take the current TOEIC test.
Some of our students took the last TOEIC test. (Good Job!)
From the next TOEIC test, May 29th 2016, the new form (of the TOEIC test) is going to start.
ETS (Educational Testing Service) started providing the official TOEIC practice test about two months ago, and I've personally tried it.
From my point of view as an English instructor about Listening Section, I can say that in the listening section, we need to listen more carefully.
It means we have to concentrate on listening and understand what the speakers mean.
In the new TOEIC test, not only two-people conversation but also three-people conversation is going to appear; therefore, to get a higher score in the new TOEIC test, I think you need to get used to natural English.
At English Plus, we have a small class size (maximum 4 people in a class) and 90-minute lesson, so our students can get used to three-people conversation soon in the TOEIC test.
To improve English skills including listening skill, let's take lessons regularly and do self-study every day!
We have self-study space available at English Plus, and our students are always welcome to do some self-study there!
