Good morning, and thank you for checking out my blog!
Yesterday, after I had an early morning lesson, I visited Chusho-kiko in Toranomon, Tokyo again in order to ask a patent attorney about a registered trademark.
What I found out that what I’m trying to do about a registered trademark is not as difficult or complicated as I first anticipated to handle.
Therefore, I’ve decided to apply for my registered trademark by myself.
However, before I apply for it to the Legal Affairs Bureau, I think I should ask a special patent attorney to get it checked again.
Actually, after I got advice from the patent attorney yesterday, I went to talk to a real estate agency in Tokyo.
Hopefully, what I’m doing is going in the right direction!

本日は“英語学校設立・起業へ向けての弁理士さんとの相談”です。

昨日、一昨日同様に東京・虎ノ門にある中小機構へ行き、商標に関してのアドバイスをいただいてきました。

弁理士さんとの話の中で気付いた点は、商標登録は思ったほど複雑ではなく、時間があれば素人の自分でも提出可能ということでした。

なので今から商標に関してはできる限り自分で準備し、法務局に提出する前にもう一度、弁理士さんにチェックしてもらおうと思います。

昨日の弁理士さんとの話の後は、東京にある不動産屋さんと物件の相談をしてきました。

話もいい方向へ行っている感じなので、英語学校起業・設立へ向け一歩ずつ前向きにいきたいと思います！

中小機構での英語学校設立・起業に関しての窓口相談

Yesterday, after lesson, I went to Chusyo-kikosinko in Toranomon, Tokyo for the first time.
The reason I visited there was I had some questions related to my English school, such as a registered trademark, and other business related subjects.
Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get advice from a patent attorney about a registered trademark, but I was able to talk to one of small and medium enterprise management consults there.
The advice I got yesterday was pretty good that I thought that I can use some for the future!
As usual, I’m going to prepare for my school to get started step by step!

昨日は東京都内でのレッスン終了後、初めて虎ノ門にある中小企業基盤整備機構へ行ってきました。

主な訪問の理由は前回６月１６日の川崎での竹内幸次先生とのコンサルティングの中で浮かび上がってきた“英語学校設立・起業”に関する次のステップ（例えば商標登録の相談など）に関して具体策やアドバイスをいただくことが目的でした。

昨日は残念ながら、商標登録に関して相談できる弁理士の先生はいらっしゃらなかったのですが、対応していただいた中小企業診断士の先生からは、竹内先生とはまた違ったアドバイスをいただくことができました。

いつものように英語学校設立に向け一歩ずつ確実に前進したいと思います。

英語学校起業に向けた６月のコンサルティング受講

It's been almost a month since I took the last consultation.
The consultant was Mr. Koji Takeuchi, who is a small and medium enterprise management consultant.

Since he is very good at using homepage, blog, twitter in business, I asked him his advice on them yesterday.
His advice was very useful and I was able to make my homepage look better, and how to use twitbot.
Also I asked his advice on a place to set up my English school.
Actually in the consultation, I tried to upload my homepage, but I realized that some information has not been checked yet, so I decided not to update now.
When time comes, I’ll surely let you know about it in this blog!!

昨日は毎月受講させていただいている川崎でのコンサルティングに行ってきました。

コンサルタントの先生はビジネスにおいての、ホームページでの集客やブログ・Twitterに関して詳しい中小企業診断士の竹内幸次先生にお願いしました。

昨日は主に、ホームページのレイアウトや中身に関するアドバイス、SEO対策、Twitterを使った集客方法などをのアドバイスをいただくことができました。
またその他にも、英語学校設立・起業場所の相談にものっていただきました。

竹内先生にいろいろとアドバイスをいただき、コンサルティングの間に、ホームページをアップしてみましたが、まだまだ確認が取れていない情報が多数あったため、残念ながら昨日のホームページのアップは見送ることにしました。

英語学校起業に関していろいろと固まり次第、情報を発信していきたいと思いますので今後もよろしくお願い致します！

英語学校起業へ向けての友人との店舗チェック

Good morning and thank you for your visit!
Lately, I've spent quite a lot of time looking for a place for my English school to get started, and I finally found a good one.
Yesterday, after I taught several lessons in Tokyo, I had an opportunity to talk with a friend whom I hadn't met for a long time.
I asked the friend, who is actually much younger than me but he's had more business experience than I have, to check a building, and to give me some honest opinions about the place.
He was willing to help me and I really appreciate his advice and comments about the place, which were overall positive.
So, from now on, I'm going to check the place a little more and check some subsidies!
There are still a lot of things to take care of before my English school to start, but I'm going to prepare for it step by step!

本日は“英語学校起業へ向けての友人との店舗チェック”です。

最近は英語学校の場所決めのため、時間を見つけては東京・神奈川いろいろと歩き回っています。

そんな近頃ですが最近、自分の英語学校ができそうな店舗を一件、見つけることができました。

昨日は東京都内でのレッスンが終わり、しばらく会っていなかった友人と会い、一緒にその物件を見に行きました。

その友人は自分よりもずっと若いのですが、ビジネスの経験がたくさんあるため、一緒にその場所まで歩いてもらい、その場所に関しての率直な意見やアドバイスを伺いました。

友人は“英語学校の場所として良い”というようなコメントをくれましたので、今後、自分でもう少し店舗周辺のチェックや補助金なども調べてみたいと思います。

英語学校起業のためにやるべきことは、まだまだありますが、（友人・家族・たくさんの人の力を借りながら）一つずつこなしていきたいと思います！！

英語学校創業に向けての英会話体験レッスン(5/28)の感想

Good morning, and thank you for your time to read this blog!
Today, I’d like to write about the trial lesson that I mentioned in this blog on May 17th.
As I wrote down a trial lesson on May 17th in this blog (http://blog.goo.ne.jp/artismart/d/20110518), I had an opportunity to have an English conversation lesson yesterday.
Although there were some minor changes (place & time), I was able to have the lesson thanks to those who came to take the lesson in bad weather yesterday.
The topic in the conversation lesson was about “let’s use some magic phrases to enjoy English communication!”
The lesson was quite successful since I saw the students use the teaching points a lot, enjoy English communication, and also they I was able to get some positive comments after the lesson.
One comment from a student is here...
“The lesson was fun, and I was able to learn some points to enjoy English communication!”
I was glad to hear those comments because the purpose this time was “I wanted students to enjoy English communication.”
Once again, thanks a lot for coming.

本日は“英語学校創業に向けての英会話体験レッスン(5/28)の感想”です。

５月１７日のブログ (http://blog.goo.ne.jp/artismart/d/20110518)でお知らせしておりました、英会話体験レッスンを昨日実施しました。

今回は場所・時間などの急な変更があったにも関わらず、悪天候の中、数名の方にレッスンにお越しいただくことができました。（参加していただいた方々、この場をお借りしてお礼申し上げます）

昨日の英会話のレッスンでは“英語コミュニケーションを楽しむためのマジックワード”と題し、英会話をより一層楽しむためのレッスンをしました。

レッスンの中では、生徒の方はしっかりとポイントを学び、しっかりとポイントを使ってコミュニケーションを楽しんでいた点と、レッスン後にポジティブな感想をいただくこともできましたので、成功だったと言えると思います。

１つポジティブな感想を紹介しますと・・・

“レッスンは楽しかったです！英語コミュニケーションを楽しむためのとても役に立つ英語を学び、しっかりと練習することができただけでなく、英語をたくさん話す時間がありとても楽しかったです！”

今回の体験レッスンでは“生徒の方に英語コミュニケーションを楽しんでもらう”という自分の中で明確な目的があったので、このようなコメントをいただけとても嬉しく思います。

英語学校設立に向けての税務署での帳簿記入の勉強会

Yesterday, I visited a local tax office and studied how to do the bookkeeping.
Until yesterday, I knew very little about bookkeeping...I mean I thought that it is just the recording of financial transactions; however, it turned out that its process is more complicated than I expected.
Actually, the more I learned about bookkeeping, the more I found out it is very complicated, but I’m glad I went to the tax office and learned about bookkeeping yesterday.
It was really good timing before getting my English school started to learn about bookkeeping!
In addition to the preparation for my English to get started, what I need to do is learn about bookkeeping little by little from now on!

昨日の勉強会に参加するまでは、帳簿記入に関してあまり知らなかったこともあり、とても勉強になりました。

実際、勉強会で少しずつ帳簿記入を知るにつれ、複雑な帳簿記入に慣れるまで時間がかかることがわかっただけでも、昨日勉強会に参加して良かったと思います。

英語学校設立準備に加え、少しずつ簿記の学習もしていきたいと思います。

TOEIC無料体験レッスン (5/14) 実施の感想

As I wrote about in this blog about "May 14th trial lesson" (http://blog.goo.ne.jp/artismart/d/20110508) on May 8th, I had an opportunity to teach TOEIC trial lesson yesterday.
Thanks to the people who were interested in taking my TOEIC lesson, I was able to get some honest comments and feedback from them, most of which were positive!
A comment from a student is: “The lesson was easy to understand and even though it was a TOEIC lesson, I was able to learn something useful that I can use in my real life.”
Another comment is: “I felt the lesson was very short even though I took 90-minute lesson because it was fun. In the lesson, there was not only a lecture but also a game to use English that I learned.”
Once again, I really appreciate those who took the lesson yesterday!
I’m thinking about giving another trial lesson again soon!

英語学校起業に向けた５月のコンサルティング受講

Today, I’ll write about the consultation that I took in Kawasaki yesterday.
I feel like it's been quite long since I took the last consultation last month. (Maybe, it’s because there was "Golden week.")
The consultant was Mr. Koji Takeuchi, who is a famous small and medium enterprise management consultant.

He is really good at giving advice using computer, iphone and stuff, such as web, blog, twitter and their related fields.
Yesterday, I mainly asked him about how to use blog, twitter more effectively.
The advice was very informative and useful, therefore, I can see some effect in Twitter already.
What I need to do from now on is to continue searching for the best place for my English school, and to prepare for my English school to get started!!

I'm sorry to say but there is not enough audio equipment for the TOEIC lesson right now, I can give the spots of TOEIC lesson to whoever contacted me first.
Here is the information about the free TOEIC lesson:
