27/02/2017 (afternoon)  I took a walk, making an errand in the town of Shirakawa.

 First I went to YUKADA Bakery. I bought a petit french bread. It was a rearelly "Pao Francese" in Brazil. I liked it!  I paid US$0.6 for it and immediately started to eat. I ate only the skin and kept the contents for my bird friends. The latter is too soft for me. I prefer crispy part.

27/02/2017 (morning) I ate bologna sausage pilaf and cafe latte and sweet little red beans.

  However, objectically, I wanted to bake the beals. Chille con Carne like salty dish. However, the size was too small for the baking. OK, I would decide after boiling in a pressure pan. I refrained from the judgement.

 During the pressuring time, I noticed the smell is so sweet, even without the suger. Only beans and water, however, the sweet flavour. Then I decided to cook "SHIRUKO" or "ZENZAI", Japanese orthodox sweet. Easy. After the pressuring, put sugar and boil them until the sweetness enter into them. Quick and good choice.
