昨日は大好きな仲間たちと女子会ランチ♪
場所は西原町にあるカフェ イオンカ
今回はパキスタンから特別ゲスト！
I met my good girlfriends to have a raw plate lunch gathering at cafe ionca in Nishihara.
We had a special guest from Pakistan this time♪
外はあいにくの雨でしたが、ロープレートは晴れた日のお花のよう！！！
It was raining outside, but the plate looked like flowers under the sun!
イオンカさんの畑に植えてある桑の木の新芽のグリーンスムージー、ピザ
トマトスープ、ロー餃子、エリンギとゴーヤのマリネ、カシューソースのサラダ
ひまわりの種が入った生春巻、塩麹の漬物
ヨギティー
Green smoothie using a young mulberry buds, raw pizza, tomato soup, raw jiao-zi (dumpling)
marinated eringi mushroom and goya, salad with cashew nut sauce
raw spring rolls with sunflower seeds, malted salt pickles and Yogi tea
どれもこれも体に染み入るやさしく美味しい
Each and every food was so tasty and I could feel they are good for our body.
美味しいロープレートの後は・・・
皆、興味津々(笑)
After the tasty raw plate... look! Everyone is so curious!!!
それもそのはず、見て！カラフルなロースイーツたち♪
Of course! Colorful, mouth-watering raw sweets were on the table!
そしてみな笑顔！
...and everyone was so happy!
店長さんと♪
キャーキャー騒いで写真撮りまくっていたので、お店の方に
「そろそろ食べましょうね～ 溶けちゃうわ～」と言われる始末（＾＾；）
ごめんなさい！
We were so excited and took so many photos and finally the shop staff told us
"it is time to eat otherwise they will melt"
Sorry!!
楽しい時間はいつもあっと言う間
気づけば3時間くらい滞在
店長さんには、すごい波動を持ったグループですね(**)と驚かれましたが
いろいろとご丁寧にお話をしてくださって感謝です
Fun time always flies. We were there for about three hours.
The store manager (top left in the photo above) told me she was amazed our energy.
She told us so much interesting an useful information.

特別ゲストのローズさんとは、これぞ文化交流だ！と思うほど、いろんなお話を聞けました
世界を転々とされている経験豊富なローズさん、品もあり、ステキな女性でした☆
パキスタンに行ってみたくなりましたよ～
Rose, our special guest today, has visited/lived various counties and told us her experience.

She is an elegant, wonderful lady.
We must visit her in Canada and travel to Pakistan with her! :-)
