Step 2. How to renew the Lonsdor K518ISE firmware?

1.Download and unzip the attached file, you will get

2.Setup “PhoenixSuit_CN.msi”, open the app “PhoenixSuit“.

3.Connect your K518ISE to a computer with a USB cable.

① Click the button in red first.

② Click the button in black next.

and click it (marked in red, step 1).

④ Then click the button marked in black (step 2).

4.Hold on the power key and you will see interface below. Click the
button marked in red. And immediately hold on the volume+ key until you
see a progress bar in the computer.

6.Update firmware successfully. Pull out the USB cable and wait them device to automatically restore.

7.Don’t touch the device. You will see a white screen and there are two buttons (set up WIFI and update).

Diagnostics > F1: Body


Body> F5: Remote Control Door Lock Receiver


Module Setup > F1: Program Key Fobs

Program Key Fobs > F0: Invalidate all key fobs

Instructions:
The procedure will replace the previously programmed key fob with the key fob requiring programming.

(Follow Instructions, if it don’t work repeat entire procedure)

All desired key fobs must be present.

When the first key fob is programmed, the module will erase the rest of the slots.

The module will fill slots until [Done] or [Exit] is selected.

Note: Only select [Start] once. If the procedure is started again, the control module will start over.

Program 2012 Dodge Caravan FOBIK Key with Autel MaxiSys

How-to: programming a spare FOBIK key to a 2012 Dodge Caravan using the Autel Maxisys diagnostic scanner.

Note: This procedure is applicable to any Chrysler vehicle using a WIN module and FOBIK style key.  Pin Code is required.

Connect Autel MaxiSys with vehicle

Turn on ignition switch

Auto read vehicle information including VIN

Select Diagnostic->Control Unit->Body->WCM/TPMS- Wireless
control->Special Function->Program ignition keys or key fobs

This function is to be used when programming a new ignition key or reprogramming an existing.
It will program the WIN functionality along with the Remote Keyless Enter (RKE) functions.
Ignition should be in RNN position while running this function.

Checking for PIN

Autel Maxisys will ask to enter PIN and confirm

Then place a unprogramming ignition key into the ignition. Turn the key to the RUN position and continue.

Programming of ignition Fobik was successful. Continue to program
another key, otherwise close the program key procedure. Cycle the
ignition key before starting the vehicle.

Test remote control and start vehicle with both keys.

Done.
