この "travel kitty" の "kitty" は昨年の7月22日に取り上げた "kitty"（ an amount of money that is collected by a group to spend on a particular thing
） と同じかなと思いましたが、 "kitty" は複数の人達からのお金を集めるので上の記事の場合には合わないとも思い辞書を再度見ると、グループからお金を集める他にゲームの賭け金の意味があります。　"travel kitty" の "travel" がゲーム感覚なのか、あるいは "sublet" することから実質的に複数のメンバーからのお金を集めていると解釈できるのでしょうか？
