これは、私のアーユルヴェーダのお薬だ。

二種類の液体と粉薬と丸薬だ。

These are my Ayurvedic medicines.

Two kind of liquids and a medical powder and pills.

 

 

知らなかったが、アーユルヴェーダ生活は結構忙しい、、、。

お薬を飲む時間が決まっているので、時間が来たら薬を飲まなくちゃいけない。

朝６時、昼食後、午後７時、夕食後、といった具合。

An Ayurvedic life is pretty busy. I didn't know...

Because taking medicine's time is fixed, so the time comes, I have to take a  medicine.

6:00am, after lunch, 7:00pm, after dinner....
