多分MSN Messengerは利用すると思うんだけどな、感覚的に。

自信がない。全部IEのコンポーネントで、なおかつSkypeやFirefoxがこの設定の影響を受けないなら、あたっている可能性は高いと思う。

#どっちかと言うとクライアント側のスクリプトに敵意持っている自分としてはあま気が乗らないけれど、
#入力時に、文字数を計算するスクリプトがちょこちょこ走って文字数を計算して表示してくれる、ってのは、確かにあれば便利かもしれない。
