本日は“普段の生活に役に立つ題材でTOEIC Part 3用トレーニング - ジーンズは何回洗うべきか？”です。

TOEICテストのPart3はリスニングで2人の会話を聞き、その内容に関して答えを選ぶというものです。

本日は、下記の題材（動画）を見て、"How often do you wash your jeans in six months?"に対する答えを聞き取ってみましょう。

自然な英語なので、TOEICよりも難易度が高いですが、普通に聞いていても“面白い＋役に立つ”話題なので動画を見て損はないです！！

昨日、セミナーの一環で川崎市の元住吉にあるブレーメン通り＋向ヶ丘遊園にある登戸東商店街の店舗を見学してきました。

どちらの通りも初めての訪問でしたが、ブレーメン通りは横浜・元町のような賑わいがありました。

ブレーメン通りでは２つの店舗（パン屋・婦人服の店）を、登戸東商店街では手作りビールを提供する店を見学後、その店主の方々のお話を伺うことができました。

創業までの道のり、出店場所の決定までの経緯、資金の調達方法、開業後の嬉しかったこと・つらかったこと、現実の問題点など多岐にわたりました。

以前は“客”としての視点で店舗を見ることしかできませんでしたが、今回の訪問によって、起業・経営に関してまったく違う視点から学ぶことができました。

現実的に起業・経営はいろいろ苦労があり大変かもしれませんが、個人的には今回の訪問でますます自分の英語学校の設立・起業に挑戦してみたくなりました！！

“成せばなる！！”と自分を信じ、周囲の方々の感謝を忘れず一歩ずつ前進です！！

How are you enjoying this weekend?
I went to see several shops in Kawasaki yesterday.
It was my first time to visit "Bremen street" in Motosumiyoshi & "Noborito-Higashi street" in Mukogaokayuen.
There were a lot of people rambling around and shopping on Bremen street .
It was like "Motomachi street" in Yokohama.
I saw 2 shops (bakery & clothes shop) in Bremen street and a brewery / bar in Noborito-higashi street.
I also had an opportunity to listen to the shop owners' stories, such as "Why they started their own business, What was the main reason why they decided their location of their shops, How they got money to launch their business and so on..."
Before I went on this shop-observing tour, I only had a view as a consumer, but this opportunity gave me to see things as an owner's view.
I can imagine some hard time after launching my own bisiness. However, I'd like to challenge to set up my own English school!!
"We can do anything we wish if we put our minds to it!!"

残念ながらサッカー日本代表はＰＫで敗れてしまいましたが、ある選手は言いました。

“ＰＫを外すことのできるのは、ＰＫを蹴る勇気を持った者だけだ”

単純に聞こえますが、これは何事にも通じることだと思います。

個人的な意見として結局、“何事も挑戦しなければ結果はわからない”ということだと思います。

もちろん、英語学校設立・起業において“失敗”したくないという気持ちは大きいのですが、それよりも単純に失敗という“結果”を恐れず、あくまでも挑戦者としてできる限りのことをすれば良い結果は自ずとついてくると信じています。

できる限りのことを毎日、前向きに取り組んでいきます！！

（ブログを始めて一週間を迎えることができました。これも貴重な時間を割いてこのブログを読んでくれている方々のおかげだと思っています。ありがとうございます。これからもますますがんばります！！）

I'm sorry that Japan lost against Paraguay in the FIFA world cup soccer match.
As one player said "Someone who can miss the penalty-kick shootout is someone who has the courage to try the penalty-kick shootout"
This sounds great because for me this is like "If you don't try, you'll never know the results"
Of course I don't want to make my future business go bankrupt.
However, I never know what the consequence will be unless I try!!
So, what I can do is just "TRY / CHALLENGE"
I don't need to be afraid of failure, just I need to do the best I can!!
"Be positive and everything will be fine!!"
