おはようございます。英語講師のarataです。
本日は“英語講師の留学経験 - トロントでのメジャーリーグ観戦”についてです。
トロントはスポーツが盛んな街で様々なプロのスポーツを見ることが可能です。
その一つがMLB（メジャーリーグ）に所属するToronto Blue Jays（トロントブルージェイズ）です。
このBlue Jaysは、New York YankeesやBoston Red Sox、Tampabay Raysなどアメリカンリーグ東地区に所属しているということもあり、近年、地区優勝どころかプレイオフ進出も厳しい状況が続いております。
（今年も非常に厳しい状況です・・・）
ただBlue Jaysの本拠地Rogers Center（ロジャースセンター）の試合においては、いろいろな日本人選手を見る機会が多いです。
実際、Yankees時代の松井選手、Red soxの松坂投手、Marinersのイチロー選手、元Marinersの長谷川投手などを間近で見ることもできました。
最上階は一番安い席（$９）なのですが、全体を見渡すことができると同時に、球場の雰囲気が一番楽しめる場所だと個人的に思いますのでおすすめです。
英語力を伸ばしてメジャーリーグの試合を見に行くと、7回の名物になっている"ok! Blue Jays!"と"take me out to the ball game"をさらに楽しめると思います！！
今日も一日しっかりと英語に触れる時間を作り、英語力を伸ばしましょう！

I like sports and Baseball is one my favorite sports.
In Toronto, you can enjoy a lot of professional sports, and one of which is MLB.
Toronto has a MLB team - Toronto Blue Jays!!
It's s unfortunate for them because they belong to one of the toughest division - American league / East division, which is composed of New York Yankees, Boston Red Sox, Tampabay Rays, and Baltimore Orioles...that's why in recent years, they haven't even been able to clinch play off spot.
However, one good point is you can see some Japanese MLB players here in Toronto.
Actually, I've had a chance to see Matsui, Matsuzaka, Ichiro, a former ball player Hasegawa and so on.
By the way, the prices of the ticket depends on the seat, and the cheapest one is $9 & it's upper floor.
Though it's upper, you can see the whole stadium well, and you can enjoy the atmosphere as well, so I recommend there.
Before you go watch MLB game, you should improve your English skills because you can enjoy singing "ok! Blue Jays!"&"take me out to the ball game" in the 7th inning.
