先日書いていたクランクの交換ですが、無事完了したので、早速近所の山登りに行ってきました。
前のバイクだともうちょいしんどかった気がしますが、比較的楽に登れた気がしますね。
※チェーンも変えたのが良かったのかな？
体重:84.6kg サイクリングしたおかげか減。
運動:28.2kmサイクリング。
読書:なし。
