高知シクロクロスというシクロクロスの大会に出場しました。
初めて砂浜走ったのですが(というかほぼ走れず歩いたのですが…)、かなり難しいですね。
最初結構普通に付いて行けてたので、行けるかなと思ってたのですが、浜に降りた後は全く進めず恐怖でした…。
砂浜でもトルクかけて進んでいけるようにするのと、体力が必要ですね。
結局周回遅れにされたんですが、私のゴール後の姿は生まれたての子鹿ばりに脚が震えてました。
体重:85.8kg 高知でうまいもん食べ過ぎて増。
運動:シクロクロス30分間走
読書:なし。

I rode a bicycle for the first time in a sandy beach(To be more accurate I almost walked without being able to ride to a bicycle…).That is so difficult!
There was able to be it quite commonly first. Therefore I thought whether you could just go, but was fear without pushing it forward really after having fallen in the sandy beach….
One and the physical strength that can advance for torque in the sandy beach are necessary.
I was considered to be a surroundings delay, but my leg shook like a newborn fawn after all after having made a goal.
Weight: 85.8kg I ate too much a dish of delicious Kochi.So gain weight.
Exercise: A cyclo-cross 30 minutes race.
