When the each government of the world collects currency they already issued, the world trade will change much smoother than the present currency system. It should be unnecessary to explain about it.

世界各国が自国が発行した貨幣を集める時、世界の貿易は現在の貨幣制度よりも遥かにスムーズに推移することは、それを解説することは、それこそ蛇足というべきでしょう。

This year (2009) is the year when the Shugiin election is held. Who will Japanese electorate vote?

日本でも今年（２００９年）は衆議院選挙が行われる時です。日本の有権者は、誰に投票するのでしょうか。

The nation is a common property and members of assembly are the agents of people.

国家は国民の共有物であり、議員は国民の代行者です。

Whoever is elected, whoever becomes the Prime Minister, if they just endure temporarily by debt which means government bond called lack of funds, even if it seems to be given an immediate profit, the severe world for paying their debt is just waiting in the near future.

誰が当選しても、誰が総理になろうとも、国家の資金不足を国債という借金によって一時凌ぎするだけでは、如何に目先に利を与えてくれても、その先に厳しい借金返済の世界が待っているだけです。

A lot of blood flowed in the history that private organizations had weapons and made up the age of wars and then conquered the whole country and made up the nation.

民間が武器を持って戦国時代を作り上げ、それを天下統一して国家を作り上げていった歴史の中に、沢山の血が流れました。

At present, private organizations make various financial goods to make money, and it lead to a contest.

今の時代は、民間がお金儲けの為に、様々な金融商品を作りだして、争奪戦です。

This influence is spreading almost all population who are the electorate.

その影響が、有権者である殆どの人口に対して波及しております。

It is about time that the government collected currency from private organizations, monopolized making money, made workplace where the electorate can work peacefully for life and environment the electorate can live peacefully for life.

民間から貨幣を回収して、国家が独占し、有権者に生涯安心して働ける職場、生涯安心して生活出来る環境、を作ってあげる時期なのです。

I had explained these concrete ways by using eight technical terms.

カマキリの卵　

カマキリの起源年代は，石炭紀後期，これまで考えられていたより約1億7500万年 さかのぼる事になった　（今月のニュースです）

昆虫の歴史は人類よりはるかに長いですね。
この歴史の長さは、人類よりもすばらしい能力を持っているということですね。
そのことを私達は知らないで居るだけでね。
人類にとってすばらしい参考書となることでしょう。

カマキリが卵を産む時、地上からの高さで豪雪の度合いが判るとか・・・

「カマキリは、交尾活動の終わったオスを食べてしまう。」
物騒な話ですが、実際の自然界ではメスがオスを食べてしまうことはあまり無いようです。

人間社会でも、あまり密集して住むと相手を殺してしまうことが起きます。
６７億人を超えた人類は、カマキリを参考に豊かに住める環境を広げる必要があります。

経済ルネッサンス運動がそれを可能にします。

If people who live at present understand this matter and desire it, we can always act towards realization.
We reach the time the government works by voting of the electorate.

現在に生きている個人が、この事を理解し、望めば、いつでも実現に向かって行動することが出来るのです。有権者の投票によって国家が働く時代を迎えているのです。

The nation of the world does various politics for people.

世界の国家は、国民の為に様々の政治を行っています。

The government stepped forward to the tendency that they sell government bond to treat lack of currency.

貨幣不足を、国債を売って賄おうとする傾向に踏み出しています。

It is clear that selling this government is the action that the government borrows someone money, therefore, they must pay interest.
All people will carry on their back to pay a bill.

この国債は、明らかに国家が誰かに借金をする行為であって、当然、金利も支払わねばなりません。この付けは国民全体が背負うことになります。

Not only people who live at present but also generation of their children and their grandchildren will carry on their back to pay their debt.

今の生存人間の借金に止まらず、子の代、孫の代に至るまで、その借金を背負うことになります。

Is it ok that the electorate leaves such a politics to the present politicians? This is the world of three dimensions that new generations are born one after another.
People who elected the present politicians are the electorate who exists in this world.

こんな政治を現職の政治家に任せておいて、有権者は大丈夫なのでしょうか。新しい世代が次々と生まれてくる三次元世界なのです。
現職の政治家を選んだのは、生存人間をしている有権者です。

We should have a historical obligation to think seriously about `the government bond for individual A course, B course’ for ourselves and our children just now.

今こそ、自分達の為、子供の為にも、「個人向け国債Aコース、Bコース」の事を真剣に考えてみる歴史的義務があるのではないでしょうか。

リピート債は年度内に全額消費してしまうのです。
余ったリピート債は国家が没収して、トリクル・ダウン制度の資金となって、低所得者層を救済します。

If the government pays currency salary to people who work for the nation, this currency changes B course government bond in an instant, and currency has not worked.

国家が国家で働く者の為に貨幣給料を支払っても、瞬時にしてBコース国債に替わってしまって、貨幣は働くことはありません。

On the other hand, the proceeds by repeat bonds are all confiscated by the government via nationalized workplace.

一方、リピート債の売上は、全額国営化された職場を通じて国家に回収されています。
