People make a living by buying the government bonds and spending the repeat bonds every year. A tax of laziness is the tax imposed people who always play in spite that people who can work do not work. Rate of tax gets high according to a degree.

国債を購入し、毎年のリピート債で生活しているわけですが、働けるのに働かず、遊んでばかりいる個人に課せられる税金です。程度に応じて税率も高くなります。

Because people buy with the repeat bonds, the government bond itself people bought does not decrease at all.

支払いはリピート債で行いますので、国債が減ることはありません。


`People who do not work should not eat.`

「働かざる者、喰うべからず」

We should make good use of this maxim from ancient.

この古代からの格言は生かされるべきです。

We should obey public order and standards of decency as members of society.

⑦　トリクルダウン制度

In the currency society, a thinking of American goodwill ‘If large companies or rich people make profits, the profits trickle down and general people get to be flush with money.’ was not practiced.

貨幣社会では、アメリカの善意「大企業やお金持ちを儲けさせれば、その利益がしたたり落ちて、一般庶民の懐も潤すことになる」という考えが活かされませんでした。

Companies which became gamblers want money as much as possible. They save money which decreases if they spend, to prepare for an emergency case.

勝負師化した企業は、いくらでも貨幣を欲しいのです。使えば減る貨幣はどうしても万一に備えて貯めてしまうのです。

Because the repeat bond gushes out to the personal account just like spring water every year, if they know that the trickle down system is set for relieving low income earners, it cannot be altogether bad for the very rich class with respect to the repeat bond confiscated by the government.

リピート債は、毎年、毎年、あたかも湧き水のように個人口座に湧いてくるのですから、トリクル・ダウン制度は低所得者救済のために設けられた制度であることを知れば、国家に没収されるリピート債も、大金持ちの層にとっても満更でもない筈です。

トリクル・ダウン制度とは、使い残したリピート債で、貧しい人々、低所得の人々にものが買えるようにするわけです。
