We can live in an economic society much happier than people who lived a long time ago.

昔に生きた人類よりも、比較にならぬ仕合せな経済社会を生きているわけです。

After we reach 21st century, human beings had a power to make everything we want.

２１世紀を迎えて、人類の望むものは、殆ど何でも作れる力を持ちました。

A power of money made up mechanism that we can get it.

お金の力で、それが手に入る仕組みも出来ました。

If the government which is shared with people monopolizes making money and people change their occupation and the government makes up system that people can get salary, people can work peacefully.
Furthermore, if the government introduces A course and B course, no people complain.

もし、国民の共有物である国家がお金儲けを独占して、国民がその国家に転職して、給料を貰える体制を組んでくれれば、安心して働けます。
然も、Aコース、Bコースを導入してくれるのなら、不足を言う国民は居る筈はないのです。

If all people work where they want, get salary from the government, the salary changes to the government bond, they get repeat bond as the same amount as the accumulated government bond at the beginning of every year, and they can make an living, no poverty is realized in this world.

全員が働きたい職場で働いて国家から給料を貰い、その給料は国債となって、毎年の年度初めには累積された国債と同額のリピート債を受取って、それで生活できるのであれば、世の中から貧困層は無くなるのです。

この税率の扱い方次第で、いくらでも意図的に民営企業を国営化していくことが出来るのですが、これはAコース、Bコースをスタートさせてから、１０年位後で取り組む課題です。

八重ヤマブキ（山吹）

万葉集で山振あるいは夜麻夫伎とあることからわかるように古い名です。山振の意味は枝が弱々しく風のまにまに吹かれて揺れやすいからだそうです。
朝鮮半島に分布しない、日本の植物ですね。

七重八重花は咲けども山吹の　みのひとつだになきぞあやしき

太田道灌は室町時代の武将で、１４５７年に江戸城を築城した人物です。武人の太田道灌が和歌をたしなむようになったきっかけのエピソードが残されています。

太田道灌が鷹狩をしていると（父親を訪ねる途中だったとも言われます）、にわか雨にあい、慌てて近くの民家の軒に駆け込みました。そしてその家の戸を叩き、中から出てきた少女に「蓑（みの）を貸して欲しい」と頼みます。

しかし、蓑を貸して欲しいという太田道灌に対して、少女は山吹の花を一輪差出します。「私が貸して欲しいのは蓑であって、花ではない！」と怒って、太田道灌は雨の中を帰って行きました。

この歌は、「蓑」と「実の」をかけていて、簡単に解釈すると『七重八重に咲く山吹の花に、実が一つも実らないのは不思議です』ということですが、実は『お貸しすべき蓑が一つもなくて心苦しいです』という意味があります。一重の山吹は実がなりますが、八重の山吹は実がならないということから、「実が一つもならない」→「実の一つもない」→「蓑が一つもない」という連想で、奥ゆかしく答えたものです。

少女はこの歌にかけて山吹を渡したのではないかと家臣に言われ、古い歌を知らなかった己を恥じて、太田道灌はこれ以後歌の勉強をするようになりました。

民間企業といえども、個人を使わないことには成立しません。企業から貰った貨幣給料は、１００パーセントがBコースまたはAコースの国債になってしまいます。

企業は、リピート債での取引を拒否してはビジネスが成り立たない世の中への推移していくのです。

物販業界も例外ではありません。

People get not to use currency. Even if they go on a sale at very cheap price with currency, everyone uses repeat bonds after they change currency to repeat bonds of B course.

個人は貨幣を使わなくなります。いくら貨幣で安売りしていても、貨幣は一旦Bコースに入れてから、リピート債を使い出します。

A currency business is realized because a competitor who uses currency exists. People cannot help changing a business for individual to the repeat bond.

貨幣ビジネスは、貨幣を使ってくれる相手が居るから成り立つのです。個人相手のビジネスは、リピート債に切り替えざるを得なくなって来ます。

This tendency will start to spread out from the industry of selling things to manufacturing industry, production industry, distribution industry, information industry and so on. And at last, it has a great impact on private financial industry which is violent in the present society.

この傾向が物販業界から広がり始め、製造業、生産業、流通業、情報産業といった具合に侵食し、遂には現在社会で猛威を振るっている民間の金融業にも重大な影響を与えるようになって来ます。

This phenomenon is very natural, and the business competitors disappeared gets to be natural closing or natural extinction. This is the way of this world.

この現象は極めて自然であり、相手の居なくなったビジネスは自然廃業、自然消滅していく世の常の現象であります。

It starts from the government bond for individual (A course, B course), all currency is collected, and we can be well off with the repeat bond. How long does it take to reach such a world? At least, it will not take for several decades.

個人向け国債（Aコース、Bコース）から始まって、すべての貨幣がそれぞれの国家に回収され、リピート債で何不自由なく暮らせている世の中にまで到達するのは何年先になるか、少なくとも、何十年先ではないのです。

It depends on consciousness of the electorate if it is the government which makes a system which politics move by electorate.
