I study long history of Senkaku Islands as my special field. Today, I am going to speak on the history of Ryukyu (Okinawa).
私は尖閣諸島の長い歴史を專門的に研究してゐる。今日はそれに關聯して、琉球の歴史について講演する。

Since latter half of 17th century,
"Gozyomoku"
(articles) were declared each several years toward Dutch envoys. There are records inDutch side too. In the Article 5, it stated that "Ryukyu belongs to Japan, Netherlands must not carry out piracy attack."
西暦十七世紀後半から、オランダに對して「御條目」を數年ごとに申し渡してゐた。オランダ側にも記録がある。その第五條では、「琉球は日本に屬するので、オランダは海賊行爲をしてはならない」と述べる。

Japan only kept diplomatic relations with Netherlands and Korea in Tokugawa Shogunate period (17th-19th centuries).
Each several years, Shogun announced five commands to Dutch envoys. The fifth of them says :
"The Ryukyuans are subjects of Japan, you can not seize their ships or boats anywhere."
Shogunate government and Nagasaki governor both preserved their manuscripts, and Dutch envoys recorded them in their journals too.The most important three persons in the history :
