お正月の花

 

月曜日はお正月の花を活けに先生の家に行きました。まえもって花屋さんに行き花材は準備しておきました。今回はＷさんとご一緒でした。彼女はフラワーアレンジを老人ホームでボランティアで教えていられます。流儀花はまだ経験がないということですが、とても飲み込みがよく手早く上手に活けられます。
今回は松 菊 水仙 万両 そしてヒカゲでした。ヒカゲは花材としては珍しく、前もって花やさんでお取り寄せしていただきました。（ブルーの花器のほうが私の作品です）

Last Monday, I went to the house of my flower arrangement teacher to arrange flowers for the New Year. Before this day, my teacher and I went to a flower shop to buy flowers and a branch of pine tree.
Mrs. W, a new student at our flower arrangement class and I arranged the flowers together. We used the same materials for each flower arrangement that we did separately.
She has been teaching the western style of flower arrangement at a nursing home but is still new at Japanese traditional flower arrangement.
However, she was able to improve her skill quickly.
