THE TOKYO MALE CHORUS ASSOCIATION CONCERT

 

I got two tickets for a male chorus concert.

It was held at the Musashino Civic Cultural Hall on the 12th of July.

Five groups were performing and they were all senior citizens.

I thought the most skillful chorus was the Musashino Männerchor.

I was very surprised because one of the members was a friend of mine.

He and I were company chorus group members when I worked for the electronics company.

He continues to sing in the chorus for more than 50 years.

I think that’s great.

I talked to him for the first time in 40 years.

Then, I walked over 30 minutes to Kichijoji.

I drank draft beer in the rooftop beer garden of PARCO.

I like the feeling of freedom of the rooftop beer garden.
