Walking in the Tama area (No. 11).

I walked from Kunitachi Station on the Chuo Line to Yagawa Station on the Nanbu Line with my family on the 14th of August.

We started out from Kunitachi Station at 9:55 in the morning.

First we visited to the Hitotsubashi University, next we walked to Yaho Stastion on the Nanbu Line, then the Yabo Tenman-gu(Shrine) and Joyama Park.

The cloudy weather was perfect to walk in.

We arrived at Yagawa Station at 14:20.

We had a late lunch at the Niku-no Mansei close by the station.

We were hungry and thirsty, so the beer and Hamburg steaks were very delicious.

The number of steps we walked that day was about 14,000.

We had a good time.

That's it.

THE CIDER.

2016-08-13 23:33:33 |

I got two bottles of cider.

Cider is soda pop with added syrup.

The name of the cider is Mitaka-nomori Cider.

It is only sold locally sale.

The name was taken from the Mitaka-nomori Ghibli Museum.

The street shop Association that sells the cider is in the same street as the Ghibli Museum.

I drank the cider.

The taste was the same as the Ramune that I used to drink when I was child.

The name Ramune is corrupted from lemonade.

I liked the shape of the bottle and the glass marble in the inside of Ramune.

I drank whisky mixed with the cider.

That was a little sweet but the taste was good, so I drank too much.ヾ(@⌒―⌒@)ノ

After that.(-_-;)

That's it.

The National High School Baseball Championship East Tokyo Tournament Final.

2016-08-03 17:32:13 | Sport

I went to the Jingu Stadium to cheer on my alma mater team on the 28th of July.

I arranged to meet a high school classmate in front of the stadium.

The day’s final game was Toa Gakuen high school vs. Kanto Daiichi high school.

My alma mater is Toa Gakuen high school.

This is warming up before the game by Toa Gakuen.

The game began with my alma mater batting first.

The start of the game.

I thought, batting first often leads to a loss in a walk-off game (sayonara-game).

The game went into extra innings after a tie score (two to two) at the bottom of the ninth inning.

Then my alma mater got one point at the top of the tenth inning.

I thought my alma mater would win this game.

However, the opposing team got two points at the bottom

of the tenth inning.

It became a walk-off game as I had thought.

If my alma mater had won this game it would have been able to go to Koshien after an interval of 27 years.

I was disappointed.

I hope my alma mater will win next year.

This is the National Stadium site.

 That’s it.
