"Yoshikawa hometown dish recipe" English version !!

Hello!! I’m Erina (as known as “Wrarabi-”) 
Long time no see ! How are you?

Well, this is information from the student.
We had been work on making “Yoshikawa hometown dish recipe” from last summer vacation in cooperation with people who live in Yoshikawa.

We made it aiming to leave the lost gastronomic culture as a record.
And we made recipes not only how to cook it but also ask episode which concerning the dish.

It has worked hard at making aiming at a warm recipe book that can look the background of the gastronomic culture in the Yoshikawa and people's lives.

Now!
Japanese version and an English version of "Yoshikawa hometown dish recipe" were finally completed.

I think you may want to say “Why English version…?”

The reason why we made recipe in English version is…

We want to pass on Japanese old and good culture all over the world.

We hope this recipe will chance to person all over the world to think about Japanese food and the agriculture through this recipe book.
