　大雨が降った、それはよいとして、それが過ぎて土砂崩れで8名死亡したほか少なくとも30名が死亡したと書いてある。8万人ほどが避難したと。

　以前上流で洪水が起きた時には、周辺諸都市が水没しようと北京だけは絶対護持するんだというお話で…だからどうあっても北京だけは守るもんだと思ったら、流石に自然現象には勝てませんか。

　洪水が珍しくない地域だ―とはある。2012年には79名を失う災害があったというが、それから12年以上。常識が違ってくるにはまあまあの時間。
