Sankei reports that the Korean citizens' group Comfort Women Fraud Clearing Solidarity, which was formed to correct the lies about comfort women, is planning to visit Germany to demand the removal of the comfort women statue, saying that "We would be unable to establish normal international relations unless the world recognizes the lies about comfort women."

In August 2014, the Asahi Shimbun retracted all articles about comfort women, claiming its coverage was misinformation.
At that time, it was evident that the Asahi Shimbun gathered scholars loyal to the Asahi Shimbun and organized a third-party committee to pull the curtain back on this matter.
A female professor at Tokyo University unabashedly concluded that the Asahi Shimbun's report could not be said to have influenced the international community.
She should be ashamed of her cowardice and pettiness compared to the truly courageous, intelligent, and genuinely loving people in Korea who have started speaking out for the truth.
While she did something not worthy of the name of intelligence, she lives on the title of a professor at the University of Tokyo, earning a high salary and social fame from the taxes of the Japanese people.
