I sent out this chapter on 2020/10/06.
The search was subjected to criminal obstruction.
Re-submit.
It is an addition to the chapter that I sent out on 2019-09-09.
The following is from a paper by Koji Matsumoto.
It was published in the September issue of the monthly magazine WiLL.
It is titled 'Confront Korean lies. Why does Korea continue 'anti-Japan'? Detect historical truth, reveal Korean fiction.'
It is a must-read paper not only for Japanese citizens but also for people around the world.
Without reading this paper, the history of the Far East after the war is entirely unknown.
Koji Matsumoto graduated from the University of Tokyo and joined the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI). He posted to South Korea, where he discovered how strange it was, and wrote one of the world's best books on Korea.
He is one of Japan's national treasures, embodying the elite's role who enter the University of Tokyo.
I am sure Saicho would have hung his head on Mount Hiei for his work.
Alexis Dudden, a Korean agent, and faulty intelligence dominate the American Historical Society.
The same goes for the United Nations.
The time has come for the international community to be ashamed of their ignorance and inefficiency.
Above all, there are South Korea and China, the land of abysmal evil and plausible lies.
In South Korea, 74 years after the war, China started Jiang Zemin to distract people from the Tiananmen incident.
The fact that the international community overlooked Nazism, called anti-Japanese education, has created a volatile and dangerous world.
China's grown impudent, South Korea's madness (Korean peninsula's madness), and Putin's rise impudent, all of which resulted from the international community's continued neglect of Nazism China and the Korean peninsula continue to.
Is Taiwan the pro-Japanese and South Korea the anti-Japanese?
― 'The Origin of Korea Anti-Japanese' (Soshisha), published in March, is a 650-page masterpiece with many comments, citations, and references, and the background of Korea's 'anti-Japan' It is also a masterpiece that conveys the reality with persuasive power.
Can you tell us first about the motives that led to the writing of this book?
* Editor's note: The bold text in the text is quoted from 'Origin of Korean Anti-Japanese.'
Matsumoto
I was in Korea for about three years, from the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (now Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry) in 1982 to the Japanese Embassy in Korea. Still, during that time, I felt something was wrong.
For example, Japanese popular culture was regulated at that time, and importing Japanese movies and records was virtually prohibited.
As far as music is concerned, the targets were especially the songs and enka with a solid Japanese cultural flavor.
When asked about the grounds, the Koreans were once terrible under Japanese rule, so they were disgusted and repulsed by something about the Japanese.
However, it might be strange if you think about it.
If they like Japanese culture less, there is no need for government regulation.
No one should go to watch Japanese movies or listen to music.
There is an interesting example in Taiwan.
After Japan's defeat, the Chiang Kai-shek administration of the National Party, who came to Taiwan, also took a policy to eliminate Japanese culture.
However, for a while, Japanese movies have been approved for import.
That's why it screened Shintoho's Emperor Meiji and the Great War between Japan and Russia" (released in Japan in 1957). Still, when it came to the scene where Emperor Meiji dressed as Kanjuro Arashi appeared, the audience stood up all at once. It said. That became a big problem, and the import of Japanese movies was banned again (laughs).
Perhaps the Korean government was afraid that something similar would happen.
Even though they were under the same Japanese rule, Taiwan is often said to be pro-Japan, and Korea is anti-Japan.
However, the consciousness toward Japan in the roots was unexpectedly similar to Taiwan.
Although it was already over thirty years ago, contrary to 'public recognition,' Koreans accept the Japanese era, Japanese culture, and things from the bottom of their hearts. Isn't it?
The awareness of the problem was born.
It's not just about a narrow sense of culture.
When I walk around the city, the atmosphere is very similar to Japan.
Although the scale is small, the underground mall is not much different from Japan.
And the government office was the same.
Since I was assigned to work in charge of economics, the Korean Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the Ministry of International Trade and Industry of Japan, was the counterpart. However, it is still almost the same as the Ministry of International Trade and Industry, from the office's layout to the desks' arrangement (laughs).
When you think about it, it is natural.
The Korean government took over the Governor-General of Korea during Japanese rule. The officials from the homeland left, but the Korean officials, who accounted for about half, were still there.
The organization became the Korean government through the US Military Administration.
In other words, the organization and people have been continuous since the time of the Governor's Office.
Naturally, the similarities have been taken over, as the organizational culture under Japanese rule, the organization's framework, the arrangement of sections, etc., have been taken over.
'Japanese society across the sea is always like a model paper, and the Koreans violently copied it' (Kim Si-bok, 1981).
'Korean politics, society, and culture are moving in a way that replicates Japanese customs' (Choi Il Nam, 1994)
More specifically, there were many similar names in the Ministry of International Trade and Industry's internal organization and the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy (South Korea) when I was assigned.
For example, the Ministry of International Trade and Industry has bureaus called the Basic Industry Bureau and the Living Industry Bureau. There was a structural reform of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry in the early 1980s. Although there was no word for the primary or living industry, they made a bureau with this name quite overextended.
Immediately after that, the mechanism was changed in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. It created bureaus with similar names, such as the Basic Industry Bureau and the Living Industry Bureau.
There are also select corporations that have functions similar to those of Japan.
When new administrative demands arise, Korea first checks what is being done in Japan before creating a particular corporation.
So, when they came from these Korean corporations, we officials knew what they would do by just hearing their names.
If they come from the Industrial Bank of Korea, it's almost certainly the same as Japan Finance Corporation for Small and Medium Enterprises.
