だってビートルズの曲として正式に世に出てないからです。
６２年１１月２６日。
セカンドシングル用のセッションで、
Please Please Me,
Ask Me Why,
Tip Of My Tongue。
この３曲のレコーディングが行われました。
しかし、プロデューサーのジョージ・マーティンは「Tip Of My Tongue」が気に入らなかったため、ボツとなりました。
ビートルズ自身も余り気に入ってはいなかったようです。
結局この曲は、マネージャーのブライアン・エプスタインが後に、Tommy Quicklyのデビュー曲として、６３年７月３０日にリリースされましたが、全くヒットしなかったということです。
ジョージ・マーティンの眼力恐るべしといったところですね。
この曲に関しては、ジョンとポールも次のようにコメントしています。
ジョン「ゴミ箱行き。ポールのだ。僕のじゃない。」
ポール「勘弁してよ。出来が悪くて気に入ってないものまで世に出たこともあるんだよ。この曲は恥ずかしながら、ほとんど僕の作だ。タイトルが浮かんで、それに合わせて作ろうとしたんだよ。」
なかなか告白出来ない、「もうノドまで出かかっているんだよ」という感じのことを歌っているんでしょうかね。

いかにもポールらしい感じの曲ではありますね。
