口に力が入れば、そうなるのは仕方のないことです。苦しい思いをするだけ。
口とハナの共鳴が理解できれば解決するのですが・・・
今回は簡単な方法で “ 実感 ” していただきましょう。
頭と顔がスッポリ入る大きさの“ ポリバケツ ”を用意してください。
それをかぶって歌ってごらんなさい。
力むから出来なかったことから解放されますよ。

そして いつものカヌマ式ですが それを繰り返し、“ 感じ ”がつかめたら、
実際に歌う時、“ バケツをかぶっている積り ”で歌ってください。
「誰にでも出来る」「実感できる」ことです。
