二ヶ月に渡って、中学英単語の復習をしてきましたが、どうにか年内に

「２３日の夜だったらあいてるよ」との息子の言葉に、久しぶりにピンクケーキを焼いた
（スポンジと生クリームがほんのり淡いピンクのケーキ）
２３日の夜の７時頃に到着し、翌朝７時前にビュンと帰って行った息子。
昨日２４日は暇になったのでイルミネーションを求めてパパとお散歩に！
東京スカイツリーと東京ミチテラスを目標に出発したんだけど・・・電車の車内案内で、
話題のプロジェクションマッピングによる光ショーは混乱を避けるため本日は中止する
という内容のアナウンスが！！！イブにそれってあり～？って驚いたけど・・・
すぐあきらめ切り替えて、スカイツリーに的をしぼることに
ソラマチは思った通り混み混みで、人を見に行ったような状態だったけど、まあそれも
予想していた範囲内で、想定内のクリスマスイブ気分を満喫って感じでしたぁ（笑）
クリスマスバージョンのスカイツリーを眺めて大満足だったけれども・・・超寒かった～～～

タイトルの『永遠プレッシャー』は、某人気グループの新曲で～す（じゃんけん選抜チーム）
じゃんけんイベントの決勝シーンだけたまたま見ていたんですが・・・優勝した子がとっても
可愛かったので、新曲が出るのを密かに楽しみに待ってました
今週の『火曜曲』で披露していたのを録画したので、プレイリストに登録してリピート再生して
聴いていたんですが・・・どうも、シェイプアップ効果が期待できそうなんですよね～？？？
振り付けがカワイイのとノリのいい曲に誘われて、ついつい体が勝手に動いてしまって、
数分で軽く汗ばんでくるのでウエストがくびれる錯覚に陥っています（笑）

シェイプアップ効果はさておき、食後の眠け防止にもなるので、睡眠習慣の改善に
つながるんじゃないかと期待しています

先週末はスケート！思いっきり楽しみました～
男女共に優勝で、特に男子は初の優勝で、羽生がチャンを抜いて１位になったその時点で
日本の優勝が確定して、あとは高橋の成績次第という日本人選手同士のトップ争いとなり、
結果、最終滑走の高橋が羽生の得点を抜いて彼岸の優勝を決めたときは感無量でした。
１８歳になったばかりの羽生も、フリーの課題であるスタミナ不足を感じさせない気合の滑りで、
めっちゃカッコよかったんだけど、今回はやっぱり高橋に決めてもらいたいと思っていたので、
結果にほっとしています　それから真央ちゃんの復活もほんと良かったなぁって思います
フリーの「白鳥の湖」曲調が変わる終盤はノリノリのステップと明るい笑顔でクルクルと
可憐に回るターンの連続がまるで白い花が軽やかに楽しげに回り続けているみたいに
見えて、見応え十分思わずうっとり～って感じでした
ファイナルで表彰台に登った日本人選手は、私のお気に入りの鈴木選手を含めた合計４人！
期待はしてたものの、ちゃんと確実に結果を出すというのは本当に難しいので、
心から拍手です

最近のマイブームは・・・野菜スープかな！？
具の方が多いのでスープと言うより温野菜サラダに近いかも　
圧力鍋に人参、玉ねぎ、セロリ、赤・青ピーマン、キャベツと水を入れ、強火で煮立てて
アクをひき、だしを入れて蓋をして５分ほど加熱。余熱で１０分ほど煮込みます
だしは昆布と鰹＆鶏がらスープの素、あとは、少量の天然塩で味を調えて出来上がり

最近は野菜の値段が安定していて、キャベツなんてずっしり重い大玉が１００円しない時もある
ので、野菜をたっぷり食べるチャンス！？（・・・って食べためできるわけじゃないけど（笑））
朝・昼・晩と毎食、食事の最初にこの野菜スープを食べているんだけど、肌の感触が
違ってきたのを実感おかげで、飽きっぽい私も続けられてるって感じです
ショウガを加えたり、ベーコンやササミなどのお肉で変化をつけると、より美味しくなるし
長続きするかな～なんて思ってます。よかったら皆様もお試しあれ(^_-)

昨日、急に思い立ってめがねを作りに行ってきた
視力は超悪いけど、普段はほとんど裸眼での生活。
めがねをかけるのはＰＣとＴＶを見るときだけ
使っているめがねが合わなくて疲れやすいのは分かっていたけど、なんか先延ばしにしてた。

めがねが出来上がってくるのは一週間後ついでに今使っているめがねのゆがみを
調節してもらったら・・・フィット感がぐっと良くなってなかなかいい感じ～ラッキ～
新しいめがねの方が度が強いから、ＰＣ用とＴＶ用で使いわけるといいかなぁ

って書いてるタイミングで、息子からＨＯＴな通知が届いた
若いんだから可能性は∞ この調子でさらなるチャンスにLet's challenge!

テストを終え２３日から秋休みに入った息子は、土曜の夜から４８時間の帰省。
相変わらず慌ただしい　
初日、タイヤ交換を済ませた後は、両親サービスでランチ＆ショッピングに
まるまる半日付き合ってもらった。　そして昨日は、面接に半日を費やし、
帰宅後は夕食を食べて、またつくばに帰って行った
正味２日間の帰省だったけど、食事をしながら就活状況を含む近況をじっくり聞けて
安心したし、まあ充実の２日間だったかも
