HARUMI レシピ5 五目ずし

 Gomoku Zushi 

 Add sushi vunegar dressing to the boiled rice and mix lightly.
 Put fish based stock , soy sauce , mirin and suger into a pan.
 Cut vegetables into tiny pieces and put them to the pan in order.
 Add carrots and lotus roots at the end to maintain the firmness.
 Cook until thesauce has almost evaporated.
 Leave the sauce to marinate with the ingredients.
 Add the cooked ingredients to sushi rice and mix gently.
 Dress it with boiled green beans.

  This reminds me of my mother's home cooking.

今週はレシピだけで終わってしまいそうだぁ

今日のメニューは・・・Tazukuri

 Dry gomame in a frying pan at a low heat.
 Put sugar , sake , and soy sauce into the pan.
 Be careful to avoid burning.
 When the mixture starts to thicken , mix in the gomame.
 Spread the gomame and dry them well.
 Sprinkle on sesame and let cool.

  This is delicious not only for New Year's Day but also
    on any occasion.

 昨日に引き続きお料理レシピ
    今日は・・・おやつよっ!(^_-)

      Dorayaki   

 Put the egg , sugar , milk , baking powder , and flour into a bowl
 to make crepe batter.
 Add hon-mirin at the end.
 Place the batter on a frying pan in the shape of circle.
 Heat the pan over a high heat in the beginning.
 Be careful not to let the batter spread.
 Then turn down the heat little by little.
 When the batter turns crispy on the side , turn it over and cook through.
 Place the bean paste between the tow pancakes once they have cooled.

   The hey to success with my Dorayaki is to use hon-mirin.

  turn down the heat (火を弱める)
  turn crispy  (焼き色がつく)
  turn it over  (ひっくり返す)

今週は、ちょっと気分転換

      

 Nikujaga

 Brown the potatoes and onions.
 Harumi likes to cut onions into about eight pieces.
 Add beef and fry them.
 Add dashi , sugar , soy sauce , sake and mirin , then boil.
 Skim the surface carefully.
 Let the ingredients marinate , and simmer under a paper drop lid.

  It tastes like“what my mother used to make.”

 おふくろの味の肉じゃがの作り方でした~

でもって、(昨日のつづきですが)その番組の中に
   彼女のお料理を英語で紹介するコーナーがあるんです
   ちょっと気に入ってます

   

  Teriyaki Chicken with Tofu and Avocado Dressing

 Brown thechicken and mix in the soy sauce , sugar and mirin.
 Then broil until the chiken is glazed.
 Next slice an avocado in half.
 Then mash the avocado , and add cottage cheese and tofu to the mashed avocado.
 Mix lightly.
 Season this with granulated consomme , mayonaise , pepper , and salt.
 The taste of tofu softens the strong flavor of the avocado.
     Prease enjoy it
