

Add sushi vunegar dressing to the boiled rice and mix lightly.
Put fish based stock , soy sauce , mirin and suger into a pan.
Cut vegetables into tiny pieces and put them to the pan in order.
Add carrots and lotus roots at the end to maintain the firmness.
Cook until thesauce has almost evaporated.
Leave the sauce to marinate with the ingredients.
Add the cooked ingredients to sushi rice and mix gently.
Dress it with boiled green beans.
