Today, I'd like to announce English Plus' schedule change tomorrow, Feb 23rd 2023.
Tomorrow, Feb 23rd is "Emperor's Birthday", which is a national holiday in Japan.
Since it is a national holiday, English Plus is going to change the business hours from 16:00 to 19:00.
From the day after tomorrow, Feb 24th, we're going back to the regular schedule. (Tue-Fri: 10:00-19:30 / Sat: 10:00-16:00)

English Plus is a small school located in Tamachi, Tokyo.
We're providing fun, student-centered, practical English lessons.


Today, let's practice English from English Plus' lessons.
At English Plus, we encourage our students to try to speak English a lot especially during lessons.
Once in a while, they make some mistakes, but they really try hard and try to express what they want to say in their own words. (Great Job!)
Through the lessons at English Plus, I realized there are some mistakes our students often make, so today let's review not to make the same mistake again.
Now, let's find errors from our lessons during the second week of February in 2022 below.

1. What time will you going to bed tonight?
2. Did you ate cake on your birthday?
3. I was in home all day today.
4. They better to retire 50.

Let's improve English skills little by little!
Justin case, the answers are below.
By the way, we provide some English lessons, and one of them is "Conversation."

Therefore, we're going to hold a special promotional campaign only in October for not only our current students but also new comers.
This time we are going to give new students at English Plus some special gifts, such as...

Good morning and I truly appreciate your visit to English Plus blog!
English Plus is a small school located in Tamachi, Tokyo.
We're providing fun, student-centered, practical English lessons.


Today, I'd like to write about English Plus' ninth year anniversary.
English Plus opened its doors in Shibaura, Tamachi, Tokyo 9 years ago, October 1st, 2011.
Thanks to a lot of people's support, English Plus will turn nine years old tomorrow.
We appreciate every one of you who supports us from the bottom of our heart.
Especially, our special thanks are for our students, friends, family, staff members, and some of you who support us.
Thanks to each and every one one of you.
A lot of things have happened these 9 years, especially this year because of COVID-19; however, we've been able to manage somehow because of your support.
Thank you very much.
Words are not enough to express how I appreciate you, so instead, we'll continue offering better and more practical English lessons and helpful support as well as more fun activities, and friendly environment to study English here at English Plus.
We really thank every one of you, and we'll make efforts from now on too in order to celebrate next 10th year birthday too.

おはようございます。東京都港区田町の英語学校English Plus英語講師のarataです。

English Plusでは、小学生から大人まで『使える基礎英語力』をしっかり・楽しく・着実に身につける「実用的な英語レッスン」を提供しています。

しっかり・楽しく・着実に基礎英語力を身につけるためにEnglish Plusでは「４名までの完全少人数制」「９０分レッスン（キッズ６０分レッスン）」「レッスン内での英語の間違い・質問大歓迎！」「初心者でも安心して受講できる」環境を整えており、また「自己学習サポート」を提供しています。


本日のブログは“２０２０年の令和版『日本の祝日を英語で言ってみると』（日本語編）”です。

昨年５月１日から日本では元号が平成から令和になりましたが、元号が変わったことで、天皇誕生日の変更や名称の変更もありました。

日本の祝日は色々とありますが、今日は「令和版、祝日の英語表現」を学んでいきたいと思います。
