Today, I’d like to recommend an English training using your favorite movie.
This training is called "Movie dictation training" and it's good for improving listening and speaking skills!
Here are some steps of this training:
1. Get a notebook and your favorite movie (DVD)
2. Watch a favorite scene of the movie (if necessary, with the Japanese subtitles to understand the conversation)
3. Watch the scene in English and dictate the lines
4. Try to dictate the lines until you are satisfied and check your sentences with the English subtitles
5. After checking your sentences, read the lines out loud along with the DVD
If you have your favorite movie, try this training to improve your listening and speaking skills!

今日おすすめの英語トレーニングは“映画のDictation（書き取り）”です。
このトレーニングは特に、リスニング力＆スピーキング力を鍛えるのにとても効果的です。
それではトレーニングのすすめ方です：
１．ノートと好きな映画（ＤＶＤ）を用意
２．映画の中の好きな場面を見る（必要であれば、日本語字幕と一緒に見て内容を確認する）
３．もう一度好きな場面を英語の音声のみで見る、この時に英語のセリフを書き取る
４．納得できるまでディクテーションを続け、終わったら書き取ったセリフを英語の字幕で確認
５．確認後、ＤＶＤ（字幕）に合わせて音読してみる
セリフは短いものでＯＫです。
好きなセリフを探してみましょう！
