Good morning and thanks a lot for visiting English Plus blog!
Today, I'd like to write about a piece of advice for English learners who are taking lessons.
Through my career as an English instructor, I've had some opportunities to teach students from all over the world, such as Japan, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Mexico, Russia and so on.
From my teaching experience, I can say that some students improve steadily and these students have some things in common.
One of them is they do self-study.
However, they not only do self-study but also take lessons effectively.
Today, I'd like to share one of the tips to take lessons effectively.
The second tip is...
"Ask questions."
If you don't understand or know some things during lessons, ask questions. (if possible, in English)
It's very important to ask questions to make sure some vocabulary, expressions, or grammar if you don't understand.
It depends on a lesson, but you can ask questions during or after lessons.
If you want to speak English, you need to practice speaking English.
Practicing speaking English is the only way to improve speaking skills.
Let's have positive attitude during lessons and ask questions.
