Today, I'd like to recommend listening training.
The next official TOEIC test is scheduled on April 14th.
If you are planning to take the TOEIC test this year, you can try this listening training!
The training I'd like to recommend today is listening training using TOEIC preparation materials.
What you need is a TOEIC preparation material, a pen, a notebook.
Here is how:
1. Listen to TOEIC questions & answer the questions
2. Check the answer, script and the meaning of unknown vocabulary
3. Listen to the CD and read the script out loud. (Focus on the speed)
4. Shadow the sentences without the script
You can use this training for all the listening parts of the TOEIC test!
This training is good for improving not only TOEIC score but also basic listening skills!
Please try regularly!

必要な物は、TOEIC問題集などCD付きの教材、ペン、ノートです。
トレーニングの手順はこちら：
１．TOEICリスニングの問題を解く
２．答え合わせ、スクリプト、知らない単語の確認
３．もう一度音声を聞きながら、スクリプト読みながら音読（できる限り同じスピードで）
４．スクリプトを見ずに、音声についていくように音読
このリスニングトレーニングは、TOEICスコアアップに効果的なだけではなく、基礎リスニング力アップにもなります！
継続して挑戦してみましょう！
