日常でも使える英語（動詞）での電化製品の使い方の説明

Good morning, and I appreciate your visit!
Today, I’d like to introduce some expressions that can be used when we explain how to use some electric devices in our daily lives.

I don’t know how many electric appliances there are around us.
There are some of the things I can imagine now, such as PC, fridge, washing machine, TV and so on.
As for washing machines, when I started living in Toronto in 2003, I didn’t know how to use a washing machine in Canada, so I had to ask my landlord how to use them.
So, today, I’d like to pick up some verbs to explain how to use some electric devices.
There are several verbs, such as…
・press... (this button)
・push... (here)
・open... (the tray)
・close... (the program)
・put in... (some detergent)
・turn on... (the power)
・take off... (the top)
If you know these verbs above, you'll have no problem explain how to use them!

本日は“日常でも使える英語（動詞）での電化製品の使い方の説明”です。

身の回りには本当にたくさんの電化製品があります。

少し周りを見渡しただけでもパソコン、冷蔵庫や洗濯機、テレビなど多数挙げることができます。

洗濯機と言えば、自分がカナダ・トロントに住み始めた最初の年（２００３年）、洗濯をしたいのにも関わらず、洗濯機の使い方がわからず、大家さんに聞いた記憶があります。

そんな困った時に使える電化製品の使い方の動詞を取り上げてみたいと思います。

例えば・・・

・press... (this button)　（このボタンを）押す

・push... (here)　（ここを）押す

・open... (the tray)　（トレイを）開ける

・close... (the program)　（プログラムを）閉める

・put in... (some detergent)　（洗剤を）入れる

・turn on... (the power)　（電源を）つける

・take off... (the cover)　（カバーを）取り外す

これらの動詞を使えるようになりますと電化背品の使い方の説明が、少しずつできるようになると思います。
